Requirements:

• Grade 12

Required Experience:

• Administration related work experience within a pathology laboratory environment, Knowledge: Medical Terminology, Knowledge: Meditech system

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Perform general administrative tasks to ensure in order to ensure that the relevant documentation is accurate and accessible, Performing logging related tasks in order to ensure that accurate records and documentation are maintained

Purpose of Position:

• To clean the lab and pick up already collected samples and deliver reports to hospital wards and Dr’ rooms and to assist the nursing staff with ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

Grade 10

Required Experience:

Knowledge of Cleaning Processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver reports and collect specimen in order to ensure sufficient service delivery to clients

•  Perform administration related duties within the depot in to order to assist the Nursing staff with depot tasks

Purpose of Position:

To provide quality customer service to consumers within the legal-ethical framework of the nursing profession.

Requirements:

• National Diploma: Nursing, SANC Registration in Relevant Register, Valid South African drivers licence (Code EB)

Required Experience:

1. Knowledge: Meditech system, Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS Word, Knowledge: National Health Act, Knowledge: Nursing Council Scope of Practice, Phlebotomy experience in a laboratory environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain good client relations in order to promote the image of Ampath
• Manage money/cash flow of depot to facilitate collection of payments for phlebotomy services rendered
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure correct recording and processing of information, Perform nursing procedures in order to ensure sufficient delivery of nursing services.
•  Perform safety and quality control tasks to ensure that relevant standards are upheld.
