    Senior Supply Chain Manager

    Job Description
    Contract & 3PL Management

    • Oversee end‑to‑end execution of all logistics contracts, ensuring full compliance with contractual terms, performance metrics, and commercial obligations.
    • Manage relationships with 3PL partners, ensuring service quality, cost control, and alignment with customer SLAs.
    • Drive profitability of contracted operations through accurate billing, cost governance, and contractual adherence.
    • Support contract amendments, renewals, and expansion opportunities (e.g., Nelspruit / Altron and national 3PL sites)

    Operational Leadership

    • Provide national support to warehouse teams, ensuring consistent standards and operational discipline across all sites.
    • Lead WMS implementation, optimization, and ongoing project management, ensuring high system adoption and data accuracy.
    • Drive best‑practice SOP implementation and continuous improvement across all warehouses and 3PL operations.
    • Oversee inventory accuracy, stock controls, and end‑to‑end process flow optimization.

    SLA, KPI & Quality Governance

    • Own SLA and KPI delivery, ensuring consistent service performance across all customer contracts and 3PL environments.

    Job Requirements - Experience and Education

    • 8–10 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or 3PL environment at management level.

    • Degree or studies in Logistics / Supply Chain (preferred).

    Senior Credit Executive

    Purpose of the Job

    • The Senior Credit Executive at Aramex is responsible for managing the credit control function within the Accounting and Finance team. This role involves assessing credit risks, managing customer credit accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.     • Obtain customers’ satisfaction with regards to timeous delivery of Statements & Invoices.
