    IT Support Specialist

    The Role

    • Provide full onsite/desk side and remote support to end users for all their IT issues, service/change requests
    • Image, deploy, upgrade and refresh PCs and manage assets
    • Administrate and solve incidents assigned to the local on-site support
    • Participate in small to medium size projects
    • Provide hands on support to our specialist team with server, network, and telephony infrastructure
    • Advise customers and users on their IT needs and best practices
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local business
    • Provide local subject matter expertise regarding processes, technology, organization and business
    • Continuous development and improvement of On-Site Support service delivery
    • Continuous focus on customer satisfaction, compliance and standards
    • Work with the Service Desk, Application Managers, IT Managers and other stakeholders using the ITIL methodology for IT Service Management
    • Team up with your peers at other locations in case of cross-functional support

    What we expect of you?

    • University degree or equivalent experience
    • Certification within ITIL (Foundation) is a benefit
    • Fluency in English, spoken and written is a must
    • Extended experience of successfully delivering IT services
    • Proven track record of cultural awareness while collaborating with peers in the other regions

    CP Technical Sales Representative

    The Role

    Are you a self-motivated and experienced Technical sales individual who enjoys working in the varied work conditions, taking your sales career to new heights through prospecting, maintaining, and growing sales within the Industrial Market?

    If so, we have the right job for you

    • The sales of all Chicago Pneumatic products through distribution partners, covering South Africa –North West, Northern Cape and Freestate Regions.
    • To grow the existing customer base from existing distribution and end customer, and to develop new distribution channels, across the allocated territory.
    • Engage with End Users of the products in a manner that makes them prefer Chicago Pneumatic above competition.
    • Demonstrate to the end users within the provinces the value of the Chicago Pneumatic tool brand to enable the customers to specify Chicago Pneumatic products within their organization as the preferable brand.
    • Realize in cooperation with distributors / partners, the whole sales cycle necessary to obtain the orders / purchase contract (identify opportunity, present proposal, demonstrate value, negotiate, and close the deal).
    • Establish, develop, and maintain relationship with distributors / partners through daily visits, telephone calls and all forms of correspondence.
    • Manage sales funnel opportunities and complete the information in CRM database (visits, proposals, orders, etc.).
    • Implementation of the area strategic growth plan, to grow our market share through the area. Focusing on specific customers and market segments of the various application types in the area.
    • Understand the sales cycle and drive the sales Cycle from start to finish with the distribution or individually.
    • Customer / technical support.
    • Product training of distributors.
    • Product demonstrations at customers with distribution sales team or without.
    • Time management and self-motivation is essential.
    • Travel required throughout the provinces.

    Education, skills and Experience

    • Diploma or Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
    • Experience working with distribution partners.
    • Proven track record with developing sales.
    • Good organizational, planning and follow up skills.
    • Minimum 3 years in sales position.
    • Good knowledge of the sale of industrial applications.
    • Computer literacy (MS Office). 
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work with customers and colleagues.
    • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
    • Well organized, takes initiative and self-motivated.
    • Challenged by varied work demands / routines.
    • Team player with good listening skills.
    • Interest to get to know people and ability to build strong alliances and business relationships with people at all levels.
    • Ability to generate ideas to develop new business through both traditional and innovative sales techniques.
    • Strong customer and quality focus with ability to keep commitments seek feedback and continuously drive customer satisfaction.
    • Travel is required to the North West, Northern Cape and Free State provinces
