• Bilnor Staffing Solutions' client in the mining sector is looking for  qualified and experienced Drill Rig Mechanics (x2) to join their team in Witbank, Mpumalanga.  South African citizens and those living in the area will have preference.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 / N2, Diesel Mechanic Trade Test
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• 3 - 5 Years' minimum experience as a Drill Rig Mechanic
• Knowledge of ADT's, Excavators, Shovels, Lieber and Sunward Drills
• Valid Driver's licence (Code 10)
• The successful candidate will be required to go for a medical assessment.

GENERAL DUTIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure planned Maintenance schedules
• Trouble shooting and fault finding
• Maintenance and repair of Drill Rigs
• Perform inspections on the machines
• Perform task as per SOP/STP
• Follow applicable working procedures
• Adhere to Safety rules & regulations

• 3 - 5 years' experience as a Boilermaker in the mining Industry
• Valid Driver's License (Code 10)

• Develop, repair, modify and fabricate equipment
• Execute Maintenance schedules
• Supervise maintenance assistance who assist with repairs
• Perform inspections according to the MHSA regulations
