    WFM Integration Specialist

    • An exciting 6-month contract opportunity is available for an experienced WFM Integration Specialist.
    • We are looking for a technically skilled integration professional with strong experience in system integration, Dell Boomi, UKG Pro Time & Labour Management and enterprise software environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing customer requirements, designing and implementing WFM integration solutions, supporting project delivery and providing ongoing technical support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyse customer requirements and design end-to-end WFM integration solutions.

    • Use the UKG global support system to log, track and resolve complex product issues.
    • Provide Help Desk support and conduct root cause analysis when required.
    • Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the full UKG integration product suite.
    • Use the UKG online library and product forums to remain informed of technical developments and global insights.
    • Stay up to date with product updates, enhancements and changes.
    • Identify follow-on opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Work effectively with colleagues and clients while operating with minimal direction.

    What We Are Looking For
    The ideal candidate will have:

    • 5–10 years' experience in systems integration and networking.
    • Strong Dell Boomi experience, particularly involving UKG, HRIS and third-party system integrations.
    • Experience with UKG Pro Time & Labour Management.
    • Extensive experience implementing or supporting enterprise software in web-based environments.
    • Experience across the software design lifecycle.
    • Experience preparing technical and functional design documentation.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
    • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
    • Strong troubleshooting and incident-management capabilities.

    Cost and Management Accountant

    • Are you an experienced Cost and Management Accountant with a strong background in manufacturing, costing, budgeting and commercial finance?     • We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking and action-oriented finance professional who can translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights, drive cost efficiencies and support informed strategic decision-making across the business.

    Key Responsibilities
    Finance Planning, Reporting & Cost Management

    • Prepare and manage the annual 12-month budget from July to June.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of fixed and variable costs and the impact of volume changes on profitability.
    • Document and report on key budget assumptions, expected outputs and financial impacts.
    • Monitor actual performance against budget and identify variances early.
    • Manage spend against plan and ensure adherence to financial targets.

    • Manage and report on production variances, including work order, production method, yield and usage variances.
    • Report production and COGS variances on a weekly basis.

    • Work closely with Production and Supply Chain teams to reduce waste, inefficiencies and avoidable costs.
    • Monitor production performance against standard costs and identify opportunities to improve gross margin.
    • Ensure changes to processes, standards and costing are implemented accurately and efficiently.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or Cost and Management Accounting.
    • CIMA or an equivalent costing-focused qualification will be advantageous.
    • Minimum 8 years' commercial and supply experience within a manufacturing and distribution environment.

    Diesel Mechanic

    • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join an established operations team in Wadeville.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for preventative maintenance, fault-finding, diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, heavy-duty vehicles and plant equipment. The role requires strong mechanical expertise, a high standard of workmanship and the ability to respond to breakdowns and perform field services when required.
