We’re looking for a UX Engineer to bridge the gap between design and development, bringing user experiences to life through clean, scalable code. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and front-end engineers to implement design systems, prototypes, and production-ready UI components that elevate the user experience across our digital products.

Key Responsibilities
Translate high-fidelity designs and prototypes into responsive, accessible, and performant front-end code
Design and implement web front-end screens and functionality utilising current technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular and Responsive Design, Component Architecture Design and other current web UI technologies in order to fulfill technical design requirements
Design solutions for improved usability through user-centered design and iterative usability testing
Translate data and produce design requirements, interface standards, guidelines and prototypes that inform design efforts
Collaborate with designers to ensure feasibility and alignment with technical constraints, refine interactions, animations, and micro-interactions.
Investigate complex problems, prioritising user, business and technical requirements to serve as the foundation for engineering meaningful design solutions
Build and maintain reusable components and design systems using modern frameworks
Ensure consistency in UI implementation across platforms and teams
Advocate for accessibility best practices (WCAG) and inclusive design
Contribute to UX documentation and design-to-code workflows
Stay current with front-end technologies, design tooling, and UX trends
Requirements
3+ years of experience in front-end development or UX engineering.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
Experience working with design tools like Figma and Adobe XD
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimisation
Able to organise and document detailed design and functional requirements
Writes readable, maintainable, and test-covered code, setting high standards
Contribute to architectural design of new features and improvement of existing features
Ensure that code adheres to strict standards for accessibility, security, objectoriented practices and performance
Work as bridge between User Interface Design and engineering
Deep understanding and interest in design principles and typography
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD workflows
Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and developers
Portfolio or GitHub showcasing UI components, design system contributions, or UX-focused projects
Nice to Have :-
Experience with TypeScript
Familiarity with design tokens and theming strategies
Experience working with Storybook or similar component documentation tools
Knowledge of testing frameworks
Understanding of UX research and usability testing
We’re looking for a UI Product Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, elegant, and user-centered digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual and interaction design of our products, collaborating closely with product managers, Business Analysts, UI Designers and UX engineers.
Your primary design tool will be Figma, and you’ll be expected to push its capabilities to deliver high-fidelity, scalable design systems and prototypes.
Key Responsibilities :-
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and prototypes
Work with flowcharts, user stories, or low-fidelity wireframes to produce high-fidelity designs or prototypes for front-end development.
Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation components
Create and maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma
Collaborate with UX Engineers, Product Design Team Lead and BAs to refine user flows and wireframes into polished UI designs to deliver seamless user experiences
Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces across multiple products and platforms, ensuring consistency and quality according to brand guidelines
Design with consideration for multilingual users, varying abilities and cultural sensitivities
Information architecture: Structure content and navigation to ensure it aligns with users’ mental models and supports ease of use
Work closely with UX Engineers to ensure design fidelity and feasibility
Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow designers
Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles
Conduct and analyse usability testing and research to gather insights on user behaviour, needs and pain points to inform design decisions and improve existing designs based on findings
Stay up to date with UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices, especially within Figma and modern UI frameworks
Requirements
5+ years of experience in UI/Product Design
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and design systems
Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work across web and mobile platforms
Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and interaction design
Experience working in agile product teams and collaborating cross-functionally
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with tools like FigJam, Microsoft Suite, UI Kits and design handoff platforms
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) and responsive design principles to better communicate with developers
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
Qualification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or related field
Nice to Have :-
Experience conducting user testing or working with UX researchers
Coding experience – HTML5, CSS and Angular
Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
