PURPOSE

The purpose of this Programme is to provide the Graduate with advanced workplace learning in a specialized discipline in the field of study.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The incumbent will gain exposure to the following areas:

• Tailings dam design, construction, and operating requirements.
• Gain understanding on the implementation of GISM (Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management) on various Fraser Alexander sites.
• Exposure to technical reporting, presentation, and technical meetings on tailings management.
• Plant structures and civil works including designs.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc / Bachelor’s Degree / BTech in Civil/ Industrial Engineering

REQUIREMENTS

• Medically fit
• Unemployed
• Driver's license
• Candidate must not have been in a similar Graduate Programme previously
