    Planner (Engineering) Electrical

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Maintenance planning and execution
    • Breakdown management including analytic reporting and elimination via maintenance strategies improvement
    • Critical component, spares management and monitoring
    • Planned Maintenance System Support, Data Integrity Management, Improvement and Monitoring
    • Physical Asset Base Management with system data update and maintenance
    • Liaison with Rotable Controller with regards to rotable spares
    • Shutdown Planning & Execution Support
    • Cost Control (OPEX and CAPEX)
    • Individual and team performance analytics
    • Task Specific Skills Development and Training of Artisans (Planning & Reporting)
    • Perform engineering standby duty

    About you:

    • Grade 12 and/or related N3 qualification or Technical Grade 12
    • Qualified Artisan (Electrical)
    • 3 years’ experience as an Artisan in a plant environment
    • Computer literate for the role including MS Office
    • SAP PM, MM, DMS, FI/CO, PS, MS Project and COUPA experience would be advantageous
    • Good communication, interpersonal and administrative skills
    • Knowledge and experience of planned maintenance systems
    • Shutdown planning experience
    • Good knowledge of the HSECQ systems

    Artisan (Instrumentation Mechanician)

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Attending breakdowns and standby duties;
    • Installation of instrumentation and control systems to support the operational needs of the plant
    • Planned and breakdown maintenance on all C&I equipment and systems
    • Ensure installation and maintenance of C&I systems meets the operational needs and availability levels of the plant
    • Provide a instrumentation service to Production, Electrical and Mechanical stakeholders;
    • Minimize breakdowns and assist with RCFA;
    • Support the IT function as required
    • Maintain housekeeping, environmental and safety standards according to company requirements
    • Performing all work according to procedural requirements.

    About you:

    • Grade 12 Technical / N3 or related NQF level 4 qualification
    • Instrumentation Trade test certificate
    • Minimum 3 years’ field Instrumentation experience
    • Minimum 3 years PLC programming experience i.e. Siemens PCS7;
    • Experience on a Sinter Furnace or similar environment will be an advantage
    • Ability to interpret data, or analysis for reliability RCFA;
    • Experience in Instrumentation, Simatic PCS7 systems, WinCC SCADA and Industrial Network (Ethernet, Profibus & Profinet)
    • Computer literate for the role including MS Office and SAP PM

    Plant Manager

    • The incumbent in this role is responsible for managing the delivery and execution of the Operational Plan for areas of responsibility, focusing on the areas of safety and production through selection, development and optimal utilisation of people and equipment; the daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of the relevant processes and delivery of targets; and the identification and management of risks

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing the CHPP from ROM section, processing plant, discard disposal, road sales to train loading.
    • Managing compliance with MHSA and Company Policies and Procedures
    • Optimizing efficiency of coal processing operations.
    • Ensuring the deliverance of the right quantity and quality of coal and the timeous delivery of coal products.
    • Managing and controlling of Eskom contracts.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Metallurgy.
    • Advanced Lump Ore Beneficiation Certificate will be advantageous.

    Minimum Experience:

    • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Metallurgy post tertiary qualification of which 3 years should be at a D2 Metallurgist level.

    Controller Group Procurement

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Prepare and manage complex tender packs (RFQs, RFIs, tactical/strategic tenders) for categories ensuring accuracy and alignment with sourcing strategies.
    • Conduct project procurement sourcing activities, including market engagement, supplier evaluation, and alignment with project timelines and budgets.
    • Manage the full tender lifecycle, tracking milestones, handling bidder correspondence, and ensuring governance compliance throughout.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to validate scopes of work, confirm spend data, and integrate project-specific procurement needs.
    • Manage the full contract lifecycle: initiation, authoring, negotiation, approval, execution, storage, compliance, and renewal/termination.
    • Evaluate and implement contract amendments, price adjustments, and scope changes using market intelligence and benchmarking insights.
    • Provide advanced guidance on contractual frameworks, risk mitigation, and negotiation support to secure optimal procurement outcomes.
    • Compile procurement performance reports, savings analyses, and audit-ready documentation to support strategic decision-making and project delivery.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Grade 12 or relevant NQF level 4 qualification.
    • At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management
    • Good verbal and written communication skills 
    • Good interpersonal skills (includes negotiations, conflict handling) 
    • Proficiency in Coupa and SAP Material Management Module
    • Analytical competencies
    • PC Literacy - Sound MS Office Knowledge
