    E&S Coordinator

    • As an integral part of the Environment & Sustainability (E&S) team, the Site Environmental & Sustainability Coordinator assumes a leadership position, spearheading Kimberly-Clark’s (K-C) commitment to Better Care for a Better World. This role provides strategic leadership specifically for the environmental aspects of E&S programs and systems within a low E&S level complexity site. The position ensures that the facility is strategically aligned and operating in conformance with K-C E&S Standards and in compliance with local legal requirements.  
    • Through influence without authority and/or direct reporting relationships, the position works collaboratively to identify and direct appropriate process and systems that elevate site program maturity, effectively manage risks and deliver continuous improvement in environmental and sustainability results. Site E&S Coordinators may lead a team of professionals to assist in delivering on accountabilities and reports to the Segment E&S Operations Leader. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Legal Compliance Management: Interpret, understand, and monitor/manage the implications of relevant legal requirements applicable to site activities and operations. 
    • Risk Management: Able to identify and understand environmental hazards, assess associated risks, and develop similar skills and capabilities in others. 
    • Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate competence in relevant environmental and sustainability topics, especially about topics addressed by K-C E&S Perf. Stds. and associated operation-specific risks. 
    • Leadership Incident Support: Lead, conduct and guide environmental incident investigations and conduct causal analyses while building similar skills and capabilities in others. 
    • Training Delivery: Deliver basic environmental and sustainability training common in less complex operations. 
    • Program Assessments: Execute routine checks and self-assessments of the site's environmental and sustainability program maturity and performance for operations of low complexity. 
    • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate relevant leadership skills related to accountability, positive role modeling, and commitment as per the Leadership Curriculum. 
    • Technological Acumen: Leverage data and digital systems/platforms to improve decision-making and problem-solving. Address technological advancements, such as automation, as relevant to tasks/duties of the role. 
    • Project Management and Change Support: Exhibit capabilities in project management and managing change effectively. 
    • Lean Mindset and Collaboration: Role model a lean mindset, emphasizing continuous improvement and value to the customer. Embrace a "go to where the work happens" attitude. Demonstrate strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. 
    • Manufacturing Planning/Execution/Capital Allocation: Possess familiarity with manufacturing planning, execution, and capital allocation processes.

    To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental management, sustainability or a related field.  
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management, involving legal compliance, hazards/risks, adherence to company standards and deployment of environmental management systems. 
    • Qualifications required by local regulatory authorities if any. 
    • Strong communications, interpersonal skills with ability to effectively engage at all levels of the organization. 
    • Ability to influence behaviors/outcomes w/o direct authority.

    Quality Auditor-2

    • In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.
    • We are looking for a Quality Auditor provides on-shift support to Operations in regard to product specification and quality systems issues. To provide laboratory tests for finished products and raw materials ensuring support to Operations. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform work in a safe manner and responsible to follow 3 safety obligations.
    • Share expertise and knowledge of product quality and the consumer impact with operation's crews. Coach Operations crew on product quality and ensure that operators focus on CTQ parameters and visual checks
    • Provide accurate and timeous testing results to identify and correct quality deficiencies on shift. Conduct all performance tests as per required (WI-07666)
    • Attend daily shift hand over, production and QA meeting with CTQ report information and defected product samples.
    • Perform incoming packaging &corrugated case inspections and review documentation and determine disposition of key raw materials.
    • Complete NCR documents with additional investigation & test and send it to LCM to request supplier’s feedback.
    • Compiling of quality reports and accumulating quality statistical data, update QA board daily (RFT-Make, ppm etc.) and share daily CTQ report via e-mail with operation team.
    • Perform root cause analysis on out-of specification product with operation team.
    • Execute Quality Protocols and complete documentation, follow action plan.
    • Support R&E team with trials by performing relevant STM and providing results and recommendation to R&E
    • Complete KC 9001 Internal Audits as per Plant schedule and capture findings as CAPA’s on EtQ
    • Complete Board 0 Form for Finished Product non-conformances ensuring all required information is completed include 5WHY investigation and follow the NCP process (put sticker, complete Board0 report, update on hold /reject spreadsheet list daily).
    • Complete weekly calibration & verification with related equipment’s and record it on the same day, every Monday record should be checked by following shift. 
    • Complete monthly calibration & verification 1st week of the month and record it on the same day, record should be checked by following shift. 
    • Follow up on the approved waivers and ensuring assets teams are updated.
    • Place pictures/examples of key defects on the boards in QA part as ref, ensure they are updated at least Daily - track (QA) and report.
    • Support Mill Quality Manager with entrenching EtQ spec module use within Epping  
    • Conduct customer complaint analysis of samples & complete QA Ad hoc tasks
    • Conduct Daily GMP for Epping Mill and send out the GMP findings Daily.

    To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

    • A formal qualification in Quality or National Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, Chemistry with a minimum 1-2 years quality experience in FMCG environment as a Quality Control Inspector.
    • Experience in ISO 9001 standards will be an advantage
    • Computer Literacy.
    • Good communication and analytical skills.
