    Quality Control Supervisor (Elandsfontein)

    Description

    • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met.
    • Identify and implement operational efficiencies.
    • Resolve production-related issues promptly.
    • Supervise and guide the team to maintain optimal throughput.
    • Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
    • Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on team performance.
    • Conduct and oversee monthly Quality and Health & Safety inspections.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.

    Skills:

    • Leadership and organisational skills.
    • Ensure compliance with MAN Automotive SHERQ standards and achieve minimum requirements.
    • Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.

    Supplier Quality Manager: Parts (Modderfontein)

    Description

    • Ensure the quality level of supplier parts in accordance with high MAN standards.
    • Order supplier audits with the audit team and manage actions resulting from audits.
    • Performing the RGA processes for Critical Purchased Parts in Projects.
    • Manage supplier escalations in case of bad quality KPI performance of a supplier.
    • Implement measures with poor performing suppliers to establish a normal situation.
    • Support plant quality with corrective action to be taken by suppliers in complaint management.
    • Initiate and manage quality initiatives to optimise processes at suppliers.
    • Record, analyse and distribute quality related statistical information.
    • Ensure supplier quality performance criteria are met and monitor supplier performance.
    • Manage & perform the Q-Rating for MSC & TSC to support purchasing with nomination of suppliers.
    • Manage supplier regress process and debit process in collaboration with the finance department.
    • Support engineering with quality requirements whilst designing new parts.
    • Manage and negotiate yearly Quality target agreements with General Management at the suppliers.
    • Perform company-internal process audits.
    • Support customer audits.
    • Solve supplier induced field problems.
    • Lead Quality Performance Reviews with TOP suppliers.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Grade: 12 Matric Certificate
    • Relevant Bachelor's Degree

    Apprentice Diesel Mechanic (Nelspruit)

    Description

    • Utilize all opportunities provided to increase knowledge in the chosen trade.
    • Carry out service & repairs efficiently under the supervision of a qualified Diesel Mechanic.
    • Work as an understudy with a qualified Diesel Mechanic.
