    System Integration and Reporting Specialist - Citrusdal (52799)

    Job Description

    • Mouton Citrus, a citrus producer, packer, and exporter, is committed to excellence and seeks a Systems Integration & Reporting Specialist to join our dedicated Financial Team.
    • The Systems Integration Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing integration solutions between our operational systems (e.g., farm management, packing, logistics) and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
    • This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, data flows, and system architecture, as well as the ability to collaborate across business units and with external vendors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Integration Execution

    • Assess current systems and data flows across farming, packing, and export operations
    • Design and implement integration solutions to connect these systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and real-time availability for financial reporting and decision-making

    Project Management

    • Lead integration projects from planning to execution, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication
    • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, IT, Operations) and external vendors or consultants

    Technical Implementation

    • Determine specifications and develop or oversee the development of APIs, data connectors, and middleware solutions
    • Work with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and other tools to streamline workflows

    Data Maintenance & Report Design

    • Gather data from various sources that will ensure the correct information is updated and available in the database
    • Assist with the creation of various financial and operational reports within Power BI, Jet Reports, and other relevant reporting tools
    • Ensure the data and framework of the reports is set up in a way that the reports updates regularly with reliable information

    Support & Optimization

    • Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues
    • Continuously improve integration processes and recommend system and process enhancements

    Essential Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in systems integration, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and operational workflows
    • Experience with APIs, ETL tools, and integration platforms (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, KingswaySoft, SSIS). Familiarity with agriculture or export logistics systems is a plus
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
    • Business Central experience will be advantageous

    Job Description

    • Our client, a leading company in the packaging manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead its large-scale production facility in Kwazulu-Natal.
    • This senior role carries responsibility for a workforce of approximately 350-400 employees, including department managers, and oversees a multi-disciplinary packaging manufacturing operation in a unionised environment. 
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in driving productivity, efficiency, cost optimisation, and operational excellence, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and accreditation standards (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Full accountability for all packaging manufacturing operations within a 60,000m² facility.
    • Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to departmental managers and teams across printing, Die-cutting, Finishing, and Corrugating departments.
    • Drive productivity enhancement, waste reduction, and continual efficiency improvements.
    • Ensure effective planning and scheduling of production to meet customer delivery requirements.
    • Oversee capital equipment maintenance and upgrades; manage new equipment installation projects.
    • Lead OEE performance management and implement structured reporting systems.

    Kempton Park Truck Driver (52766)

    Purpose of the role:

    • To transport fresh produce from the factory to customers distribution centers in a safe and effective manner while preserving product quality and adhering to safety requirements. This includes making sure that deliveries and supplier pickups happen on schedule.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Transportation & Delivery:

    • Load, transport, and offload produce at customer DC
    • Follow the delivery schedule and optimize routes to ensure on-time deliveries
    • Verify delivery notes against orders before departure
    • Vehicle Maintenance & Safety
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
    • Report any vehicle maintenance issues
    • Keep the vehicle clean and compliant with food safety regulations

    Education:

    • Grade 12

    Experience:

    • Valid code 14 Drivers license with a valid PDP
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in truck driving, preferably in the fresh produce or FMCG industry
    • Experience handling perishable goods is an advantage
    • Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning
    • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting

    Duties and Responsibilities:
