    • Our Talent Team is looking for a Production Controller (WIL) to join our team.     Minimum Requirements

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Assist in production activity control to meet business and financial objectives.
    • Work with Managers to plan and manage production tasks to improve runtime.
    • Review production plans to identify and report potential risks to manager.
    • Develop inventory control techniques to avoid shortages and excesses.
    • Assist in processing customer orders and shipments according to the established schedule.
    • Assist Managers in controlling production costs while maintaining the quality standards.

    KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    The successful incumbent will be responsible for: 

    • Providing technical support in the improvement,  maintenance, and monitoring of existing management  systems and standard operating procedures (ISO45001  Management System).
    • Ensure adherence to all company HSE processes and  procedures.
    • Conducting and compiling routine safety compliance,  inspections, and audits against authorizations,  guidelines, and legislations, and creating action plans for  addressing areas of non-compliance.

    Machine Minder

    Job Description    

    • RCL FOODS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Minder to join our Baking Division. The role will be based in Pretoria West and will report to the Maintanance Foreman.                                                                                                                     ,

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Grade 12/Matric.
    • A first line maintenance course of equivalent would be preferable.
    • Two years’ experience in a FMCG or mechanical environment

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Machine Operation

    • Set up the machine to ensure the required quality standard of product.
    • Monitor the speed and state of the machine to ensure maximum efficiency.

    Health and Safety Compliance

    • Report unsafe conditions and acts to management.
    • Start up and shut down machines in a safe manner as required by Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections on machinery in line with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.

    Machine Maintenance

    • Conduct routine and first line maintenance on machinery to ensure machinery is mechanically and functionally sound.
    • Assist artisans in attending to machine breakdowns.
    • Conduct basic fault-finding on machinery.
    • Isolate machine and remove components that require cleaning, lubrication and inspection.

    Housekeeping

    • Ensure the workstation is clean, neat and tidy and in line with food safety standards.
    • Clean the machine in line with operating guidelines and food safety requirements.
    • Complete checklists and records for traceability and audit purposes.

    Team Coordination

    • Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management in terms of planning, prioritising and self-development.

    Warehouse Logistics Controller

    Job Description    

    • The Logistics and Warehouse Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of finished goods warehousing and outbound logistics operations within the Beverages division. The role ensures full accountability for finished goods stock accuracy, cold chain integrity, warehousing standards, fleet and material handling equipment management, and outbound transport execution.
    • The incumbent will drive operational efficiency, safety compliance, housekeeping standards, vehicle and equipment availability, and service level performance while leading warehousing and logistics teams to ensure reliable customer service and operational excellence.

    Minimum Requirements    

    Qualifications

    • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing, or a related field.
    • CPIM or CSCP certification will be advantageous

    Experience

    • Minimum 5years’ experience in warehousing and logistics operations within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
    • Proven experience managing cold chain and finished goods warehouse operations.
    • Experience managing outbound logistics, fleet operations, and transport planning.
    • Strong people management and operational leadership experience.
    • Experience working with SAP/ SAP S4 Hana, WMS systems and any other operational reporting tools.

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Warehouse & Finished Goods Management

    • Assume full accountability for finished goods warehousing operations and stock integrity.
    • Ensure accurate stock management, inventory control, cycle counts, reconciliations, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO principles.
    • Maintain cold chain compliance and temperature management within finished goods warehouse operations.
    • Drive high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation in line with SHERQ requirements and GMP standards.
    • Ensure effective warehouse space utilisation and storage optimisation.
    • Monitor and reduce stock losses, damages, and handling variances.
    • Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, operational controls, and governance requirements.

    Outbound Logistics & Transport Management

    • Manage outbound logistics operations to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries to customers and depots.
    • Oversee transport planning, vehicle scheduling, and fleet availability to support operational requirements.
    • Liaise with depots, transport service providers, and secondary distribution partners to ensure service level adherence.
    • Monitor route efficiency, turnaround times, loading compliance, and transport utilisation.
    • Ensure transport operations comply with legal, safety, and company requirements.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within outbound logistics operations.

    Fleet & Material Handling Equipment Management

    • Manage the availability, maintenance, and utilisation of all fleet and material handling equipment, including forklifts and warehouse handling assets.
    • Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are implemented and adhered to for all vehicles and equipment.
    • Coordinate repairs, servicing, licensing, and compliance documentation.
    • Monitor fuel usage, maintenance costs, equipment downtime, and utilisation efficiency.

    SHERQ, Safety & Compliance

    • Ensure strict adherence to SHERQ standards, safety regulations, housekeeping protocols, and operational SOPs.
    • Lead safety initiatives, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
    • Ensure warehouse and logistics operations comply with food safety, cold chain, and regulatory requirements.
    • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all operational teams.
    • Ensure corrective actions from audits and safety observations are implemented effectively.

    Team Leadership & Operational Management

    • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and logistics teams to achieve operational objectives.

    • Liaise with internal stakeholders including Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales teams.

    Receipting Clerk

    • Our team is on the lookout for a talented Receipting Clerk to join the Procurement team at our Milling Site in Pretoria West. This role would report to the Senior Buyer.
    • The Receipting Clerk will be responsible for executing the goods receipting of all the Milling items, services and finished products for resale.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Minimum 1 year experience in a Finance / Similar environment.
    • Diploma in Finance, Procurement, SCM / Logistics
    • Procurement methodologies, principles and systems
    • Competent in SAP and Syspro
    • Competent in MS Office and applicable mainframe system

    Duties & Responsibilities    
    Daily Operational Execution:

    • Receipting of non-stock items, service items and finished product for resale in compliant and timely manner.
    • Ensure compliance with established procedures and company standards including levels of authority.
    • Ensure that high level of house-keeping are maintained.

    Non-Stock Items:

    • The Receipting Clerk must verify that a Purchase Order (PO) exists for the delivery being received. Stock can only be receipted against an ERP system PO.
    • Once the PO has been identified, Receipting clerk who physically received the items must check the delivery note against the physical stock for following: Item correctness, Quantity of stock, and Visual quality.
    • If there is no PO on the system, the stock must be returned back to the vendor by means of a goods returned advice.
    • Once the Receipting Clerk is satisfied that the stock is correct and that the PO exists the supplier delivery note must be signed, the delivery note retained and a copy returned to the supplier; and approved copy is submitted to the creditors department.

    Services:

    • Where services have been received: The service invoice and job card (if applicable) must be signed by the End User / or Cost Centre Owner as evidence of the service having been performed.
    • The invoice and applicable job card must be submitted to the Operational Procurement for receipting.
    • The Receipting Clerk will capture the receipt on the ERP system.
    • Where original service invoices are received by the Operational Procurement; original invoices must be submitted to the Creditors Department for payment after goods receipt capture has been completed.
    • After completion of above steps, the Receipting Clerk must create a service entry sheet on the ERP system.

    Receipting of Finished Product for Resale:

    • Same principles required as per above.
    • Attention to detail on goods receipting batch numbers based on approved received by SHEQ
    • Ensure receipting is completed with 24 hours of receipt of all relevant supporting documentation.

    ERP Processing:

    • The Receipting clerk must create and / or capture the goods receipt on ERP system against the PO.
    • Delivery note number must be included on Goods Receipt entry.
    • For batch managed items, each batch must be captured on a separate line on the goods receipt.
    • Once the goods receipt has been captured, the Receipting Clerk must write the Goods Receipt number onto the delivery note and file it.
    • All delivery documents from the supplier must be filed.
