Enterprise Solutions Manager at RCL Foods

• RCL FOODS is seeking a Enterprise Solutions Manager to join our Group Services Business Unit based in Westville. You will be accountability for the operational management, sustainability, and evolution of the Enterprise Systems landscape across both on-premises and cloud environments.
• This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, governance, and continuous improvement of critical enterprise platforms, including ERP systems (SAP, SYSPRO or equivalent), integration technologies, Microsoft solutions, BI platforms, digital solutions, and cloud services. The successful candidate will drive vendor management, technology strategy, risk and governance, project delivery, and cloud enablement while ensuring alignment with business needs.

Minimum Requirements    

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• SAP Basis Certification advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years' experience managing Enterprise Systems environments and delivering enterprise technology projects.
• Proven experience with SAP, SYSPRO, JDE, or similar ERP platforms within a large organisation.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and working within multi-vendor IT environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, SAP Basis, databases, integrations, and cloud platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Manage the day-to-day operation, performance, and availability of the Enterprise Systems landscape.
• Lead service delivery and vendor management, ensuring SLA compliance and service excellence.
• Drive capacity planning, system sustainability, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Ensure effective governance, risk management, change control, and CAB processes.
• Lead Enterprise Systems projects from initiation through to delivery and benefits realisation.
• Manage Enterprise Systems budgets, investment roadmaps, and technology spend planning.
• Develop and execute cloud strategies aligned to business and enterprise architecture objectives.
• Oversee enterprise agreements, licensing, architecture governance, and technology standards.
