    Automotive Apprentice - VW Vredenburg (Must reside in Vredenburg or surrounding areas)

    • The Rola Group is seeking a candidate who wishes to start a technical career in the Motor Industry.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Min Grade 12, with Mathematics & Science as subjects
    • Automotive subject will be highly advantageous
    • Young, vibrant and willing to learn
    • Technical skills and a keen enthusiasm for motor vehicles
    • Good timekeeping and ability to work under pressure
    • Good verbal communication skills (most training offered in English)

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Assists a qualified technician with servicing & repairs to vehicles
    • Learn how to accurately clock times on all jobs.
    • Ensure understanding of Repair Order Instructions before work begins
    • Learn how to plan a job and identify parts that must be ordered
    • Attends prescribed training

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
    • Computer literate
    • 3 years’ experience in Vehicle Sales Management
    • Proven networker with strong industry connections
    • Track record of consistently meeting monthly sales targets
    • High attention to detail, organised & structured
    • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
    • Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
    • Ability to effectivley strategise & implement plans and controls
    • Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial expertise
    • Fluent in Afrikaan & English
    • Clear criminal record
    • Must have valid unendorced drivers lisence (Code 08)

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Plan and implement sales activities to achieve & exceed monthly targets.
    • Develop and execute marketing initiatives.
    • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Oversee finances, administration, and departmental reporting.
    • Conduct resource planning and staff development.
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with dealer and company standards.
