    End User Support Technician (Field & Remote)

    Why do we need you ?

    • Installation of Hardware and Software as per Group standard and Installation of third party software
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents
    • Mobile device set up and support
    • Creation of User ID’s / Network and Email accounts
    • Basic Troubleshooting of Network
    • Sharepoint/OneDrive Support
    • Basic End User Training
    • Daily call and user management to ensure the end user receives great customer service

    • This job is ideal for a candidate with an A+ or other relevant IT qualification with a ITILV4 Foundation Qualification. Min of 5 years experience in supporting Windows based operating systems at least 3 years experience with Windows 10 & 11. Your exposure in supporting a large team, training end users and other parts of africa will set you apart.

    Regional Sales Manager - Inland

    Why do we need you ?

    • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to create a strategic blueprint, setting annual sales plans and budgets to achieve revenue targets in the Inland region.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring sustainable growth and high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Lead and develop the regional sales team, promoting a culture of performance,
    • accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Continuously gather insights on competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Ensure sales targets and profitability goals are met or exceeded by motivating the team and optimizing resource allocation.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies, promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including suppliers and
    • contractors, to provide a cohesive service and product offering.
    • Accountable for demand forecast for the technical division
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the National Construction Sales Manager on sales performance, forecasts, and key developments in the region. 

    Is this job for you ?

    • The ideal candidate should hold a BCom, Bsc in Construction, Civil Engineering, BEng/BTech Eng or a related field. A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a construction or specifications role, including at least 3 years in team management. Proficiency in SAP, QlikView, and CRM systems is highly advantageous, along with essential Excel skills and a broad knowledge of waterproofing, concrete repair, and flooring products. The ideal candidate must be a system driven with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate must have strong administrative /reporting skills. Tertiary studies/certificate in concrete or flooring technologies will set you apart.
