    Litigation Secretary

    • We are seeking a Litigation Secretary for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape

    Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

    • Grade 12 with good typing skills (Dictaphone) and MS Office ability
    • 2 years’ experience in a legal firm in a similar role – exposure to magistrates court, regional court and high court ideal
    • Able to work under pressure with accuracy and accountability
    • Strong attention to detail and organised with good communication skills
    • Ghostpractice experience ideal, but can be trained

    The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

    • Managing Attorney diary and making appointments

    • We are seeking a Leisure Travel Consultant / Tour Operator Consultant for a permanent role based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

    Applicants are required to strictly meet the following criteria and duties would include, but not be limited to :
