    Sales Administrator -Port Elizabeth

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team in Gqeberha. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring orders are processed seamlessly and customers receive exceptional service.  

    Key Performance Areas: 

    • The successful candidate's primary function will be the processing of sales orders. 
    • Ensuring accurate and on time delivery of stock to our customers. 
    • Areas of responsibility will include daily planning. 
    • Ensuring stock availability. 
    • Processing of all sales related documentation.
    • Communication with customers and service providers as well as general office administration. 

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • This position requires an Individual with Matric, a Three-year tertiary qualification in Office Administration or Logistics will be an added advantage. 
    • 1-2 years' experience in similar position, in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
    • Hands on experience ERP Management System is also required.
    • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.  
    • The successful candidate must have exceptional communication, problem-solving and administrative skills.

    Team Leader -Cheese Production

    Job Description
    Key Performance Areas: 

    • Lead, supervise, and coordinate up to 24 employees to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, productivity targets, and workplace discipline. 
    • Oversee the operation of draining vats, cheese towers, and associated equipment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted cheese production. 
    • Monitor cheese production processes, including pH levels, salt addition, vacuum pressure, weight control, and recipe compliance to achieve product specifications. 
    • Ensure all cheese products are produced, handled, packed, and transferred according to quality, weight, traceability, and food safety requirements. 
    • Maintain compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards throughout the production process. 
    • Drive production efficiency by monitoring yields, controlling waste, reducing losses, and ensuring production targets are achieved. 
    • Promote a safe working environment through compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, incident reporting, and safety awareness initiatives. 
    • Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and production resources to ensure product availability and minimize waste. 
    • Complete and sign off production, quality, hygiene, traceability, and ISO documentation accurately and on time. 
    • Conduct inspections of equipment, production areas, and sanitation activities to ensure operational readiness and compliance. 
    • Coordinate with the Cheesemaker, Laboratory, Warehouse, Planning, and Cold Storage departments to maintain product quality and production flow. 
    • Train, coach, and develop employees to ensure competency, compliance with SOPs, and continuous skills development.

    Knowledge and Skills: 

    • Grade 12 / Matric and SP2 qualification with Nature of Milk. 
    • HACCP and Safety Training Certificate. 
    • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a cheese manufacturing environment. 
    • Previous supervisory experience overseeing teams in a production environment. 
    • Ability to supervise and coordinate up to 24 employees. 
    • Sound knowledge of cheese manufacturing processes, draining vats, cheese towers, and cheese production operations. 
    • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO, Food Safety, Quality, and Hygiene requirements. 
    • Working knowledge of production equipment and machinery used within a cheese factory. 
    • Ability to monitor production performance, yields, waste, and product quality standards. 
    • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. 
    • Good planning, leadership, and people management skills. 
    • Ability to conduct employee training, coaching, and performance monitoring. 
    • Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business. 
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and food safety. 
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment. 
    • Computer literacy and accurate record-keeping skills will be advantageous. 
    • First Aid, Supervisory, Dairyman, and Chain Hoist Training will be advantageous.

    Area Sales Manager- Gqeberha &Karoo Region

    Job Description

    • We are seeking for an energetic, results-driven Area Sales Manager to expand our market presence and drive volume growth across both retail and wholesale channels in the Port Elizabeth/Gqeberha and Karoo regions, reporting to the EC Regional Sales Manager. 

    Key Performance Areas:  

    • Drive regional growth by directly managing accounts and overseeing third-party operations. 
    • Manage and drive performance through partnered sales and merchandising agents, ensuring external teams deliver on agreed service levels. 
    • Lead key account management and handle agency and partner management.  
    • Drive volume growth within your portfolio while overseeing cold chain and stock management.  
    • Direct and manage the internal sales team.

    Minimum Requirements & Skills   

    • Matric (Grade 12); relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.   
    • 3–5 years of proven sales management experience within the FMCG sector.  
    • Proven track record in key account management with established relationships among major retail buyers and wholesale groups 
    • Experience within the dairy or perishables food sector is highly advantageous  
    • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.   
    • Computer literacy with solid financial and reporting capabilities.   
    • Excellent organisational, leadership, and time management skills.   
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask.   
    • Valid unendorsed driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.

    Maintenance Storeman

    • We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Storeman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient receiving, storage, control, and issuing of maintenance inventory, spare parts, consumables, and materials to support maintenance and production activities. The role requires maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock availability, supporting stocktaking activities, and upholding health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the storeroom.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Receive, inspect, and verify all deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, and other supporting documentation.
    • Ensure all materials received are in good condition and meet quality requirements.
    • Accurately record and capture incoming stock transactions in the inventory management system.
    • Maintain orderly and clearly identified storage areas to ensure easy accessibility and stock control.
    • Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and annual stocktaking activities.
    • Issue materials and spare parts to maintenance and production personnel against approved requests.
    • Verify authorization before releasing stock items.
    • Prepare materials for collection, delivery, or distribution as required.
    • Ensure all inventory is stored and handled in compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free storeroom environment.
    • Report stock discrepancies, damaged items, and variances promptly to the Store Supervisor.

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
    • Accreditation in a relevant trade or profession will be advantageous.
    • Basic computer literacy.
    • Willingness and ability to work shifts when required.
    • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control principles.
    • Understanding of warehouse and storeroom operations.
    • Knowledge of inventory systems and stock transaction processes.
    • Understanding of health and safety requirements related to material handling and storage.
    • Knowledge of stocktaking, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy practices.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling and record keeping.
    • Good organisational and inventory control skills.
    • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintaining stock accuracy.
    • Ability to follow procedures, work instructions, and safety standards.
    • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with inventory management systems.
