    Dotsure Digital Copywriter (George, Western Cape, on-site)

    Your mission should you accept:

    General Content Creation:

    • Research, write, and edit persuasive, SEO-optimised web copy, in support of business goals and objectives.
    • Write compelling headlines, taglines and calls to action for digital ads and landing pages.
    • Assist with the conceptualisation of creative marketing campaigns and creation of necessary marketing collateral in support of campaigns.

    Social Media Content Creation:

    • Write social media posts for Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram or any other relevant social channels.
    • Create compelling and platform specific scripting for social media video content.

    UX Writing:

    • Create relevant micro copy for websites apps and other digital assets to drive action and guide people through digital journeys.
    • Offer a content strategy perspective throughout the product development process, and influence strategic decisions across and within products to improve the overall experience and ensure consistency across platforms.
    • Write clear and concise content across multiple touch points (including product names, labels and navigational elements, emails, tutorials, marketing pages, and notifications).

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 year working experience, in a digital content environment.

    Specialist Events Coordinator (George Western Cape, On-site)

    Key Responsibilities:

    Event Planning & Execution:

    • Develop timelines, budgets, and logistical plans for internal and external events, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish.

    Venue & Vendor Management:

    • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, caterers, AV providers, and other key vendors.

    Budget Management:

    • Create and track event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

    Attendee Management:

    Corporate Gifting (KPI):

    Resolutions Consultant (Legal) George Western Cape, On-site

    What You’ll Be Doing

    As a Resolutions Consultant, you will play a key role in managing and resolving client complaints efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Complaint Acknowledgement: Acknowledge all complaints received internally or via email within 48 hours.
    • Case Management: Accurately capture and update complaint records on the internal register and Iris system through to final resolution.
    • Client Liaison: Conduct investigations and keep clients informed with updates every 4 days.
    • Internal Collaboration: Escalate potential overturns and collaborate with relevant departments for resolution.
    • Formal Correspondence: Draft and issue formal written responses post-resolution.
    • Closure Reporting: Compile thorough closure reports outlining the outcome and justification.
    • Timely Delivery: Strive to resolve cases within 7 days, with communication in place for any delays.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    • Educational Background: Studying towards an LLB or completed an undergraduate legal qualification.
    • Experience: Prior experience in the legal or complaint resolution field is beneficial.
    • Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy and case management tracking abilities.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with high attention to detail.

    Graphic Designer (George Western Cape, On-site)

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the marketing, content and design teams to conceptualise and create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand's personality and values.
    • Produce high-quality designs for a wide range of materials, including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, print collateral, presentations, websites and more.
    • Maintain and evolve our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
    • Stay inspired and ahead of the curve by exploring new design trends and techniques to enhance our creative output.
    • Conceptualise front-end designs and user interfaces for all digital platforms.
    • Design and coding of HTML-compliant mailers and other online marketing pieces.
    • Bring static designs to life using your video and motion graphics skills.

    Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (insurance or financial industry experience is a plus)
    • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design software.
    • Experienced and comfortable designing across formats, including static, digital and video.
    • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory and layout design.
    • Experience in effectively communicating design concepts and rationales to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
    • A strong portfolio that showcases your range of design projects.

    Qualifications:
