    • Development: To develop processes and components that provide the necessary data management and reporting outcomes to support various business units’ data requirements and operations by providing the correct information in the proper format at the right time to the right persons. Responsible for establishing and enforcing standards and practices with the software development team. Make sure that the architecture is the right one for operations but also deployment of software to production.
    • Customer Service: To ensure that Core Data Services maintains a competitive edge regarding service levels and to know and satisfy customer needs by implementing the required Policies, Procedures, and industry best practices. Also, to create innovative products that provide meaningful business solutions.
    • Management support: To assist key stakeholders by performing the necessary tasks and providing critical insights and communications on an ad-hoc and recurring basis to ensure optimal company performance and revenue, improved sales conversations and industry benchmarking and performance.

    Intermediate Developer

    • To research, analyze and evaluate requirements for existing or new software applications and designs, develops, tests and maintains software solutions.
    • Constructs and implements software platforms at Application and enterprise sub-system level and understands system functionality at enterprise sub-system level.  Object-orientated as well as functional programming mindset and will generally be proficient in two or more programming languages and adheres to standards set out by the senior and tech lead developers within the team.  Understands and interprets complex technical system specifications.  Participates in JAD sessions.  Designs, codes, and tests and debugs programs according to program specifications.  Produces technical and user documentation.  May have responsibility for supervision and mentoring of trainee and more junior Programmers.  Has responsibility for quality code walk-through.  Understands working as part of a project team.

    Graduate - Analytics

    • The Junior-Level Insights Analyst will be part of the Insights: Insights and Research team that is responsible for any insights into our analytics products and deliveries. Of particular importance is the deliveries based on non-traditional bureau analytics. This covers both non-traditional bureau data and non-traditional analytical methodologies. This role is also critical in informing optimization of internal data flow and analytics processes (including data quality processes). A junior-level insights analyst is expected to attend and participate in the necessary internal conversations (also involving other business units) to execute on improving efficiencies and automation. A junior-level insights analyst should be inquisitive and keen to learn about Experian processes, data assets and how these are leveraged to create new monetizable solutions for the business. The junior-level insights analyst should be accountable for pro-active engagement on delivery challenges, clarification requests and blockers that may impact on delivery time-lines. The Innovation environment in a fast-paced, high-performance team-environment; requiring members able to work efficiently as part of the team, but also independently. A junior-level analyst is expected to work closely and be in regular engagement with more senior team members, in order to facilitate deep and efficient

    Analytics Graduate

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analytics Graduate to join our data and insights team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a passion for data, problem-solving, and turning insights into actionable business decisions.

    Job Requirements:

    •  Run batches (Consumer, Commercial embedded in SAS/Python code)
    • Commercial and Consumer Scorecard queries
    • Monitoring models, running the code for performance and stability results
    • Running monthly processes such as PD, LGD, EAD and FLI models in both SAS and Python (Regulatory Analytics)

    Data Governance Manager: EMAP

    Job Purpose:

    • The Data Governance Manager will be responsible for leading the rollout, adaptation, and embedding of the organisation’s enterprise data governance framework. This framework is in the implementation phase and requires strong leadership to ensure it is effectively adopted across all business areas. The role ensures that data is accurate, consistent, secure, and used ethically and in compliance with relevant regulations.
