    Head of Total Rewards MEA

    Your day at NTT DATA

    • The Head of Total Rewards MEA is a leadership role, accountable for shaping and executing comprehensive compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies.
    • Leveraging a significantly vast understanding of total rewards, this role oversees the design, implementation, and management of programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
    • By providing effective leadership, analytical insights, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, this role ensures that the total rewards offerings align with business goals and industry benchmarks whilst fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    Global Compensation Strategy & Programs

    • Lead the planning, governance, and execution of global compensation processes for the business area they support, including:
    • annual compensation reviews
    • salary planning
    • short-term and long-term incentive programs
    • benchmarking and market pricing
    • job architecture and grading
    • pay governance and compensation policies
    • Support the evolution & localisation of a globally aligned compensation framework that enables consistency, transparency, competitiveness, and scalability across regions and business units.
    • Ensure local compensation programs align with the company’s reward philosophy, business strategy, workforce planning priorities, and financial objectives.
    • Drive the continuous enhancement of compensation structures, methodologies, and processes to improve effectiveness and employee experience.

    Recognition Strategy & Employee Value Proposition

    • Partner in the development and implementation of global recognition programs that reinforce company values, performance culture, and employee engagement.

    Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

    • Partner with Regional Total Rewards leaders and People & Culture Business Partners to deliver solutions that balance global consistency with local market needs.
    • Build strong relationships with Finance, HRIS, Legal, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and governance of reward programs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on compensation-related matters including pay decisions, incentive design, job evaluations, and market competitiveness.

    Governance, Compliance & Operational Excellence

    • Ensure global compensation and recognition programs comply with local legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
    • Maintain robust local governance frameworks, controls, and documentation across reward processes.
    • Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency, automation, and process simplification across compensation and recognition activities.
    • Collaborate with HR technology teams to optimize reward tools, systems, and data integrity.

    Transformation & Change

    • Support organizational transformation initiatives, including M&A integration, organizational redesign, and harmonization of legacy reward programs.
    • Lead or contribute to global reward projects focused on modernization, digital enablement, and process standardization.
    • Develop communication materials, training, and change management plans to support successful adoption of reward initiatives in the business area.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in global compensation and Total Rewards within complex, multinational organizations.
    • Strong expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, incentive design, benchmarking, job architecture, and pay governance.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale annual compensation cycles.
    • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting market data, compensation analytics, and financial impacts.
    • Experience working in transformation, integration, or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and organizational levels.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate reward concepts into practical business insights.
    • Experience with HRIS and compensation management tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., WorldatWork CCP/GRP or equivalent) are advantageous.

    Data Privacy Senior Specialist: Global Practices

    Your day at NTT DATA

    • The Data Privacy Senior Specialist reporting to the NTT DATA, Inc. Group Global Data Privacy Center of Excellence will be responsible for the effective implementation and oversight of the data privacy program in the NTT DATA Global Practices develop and deliver client products and services.
    • The Data Privacy Senior Specialist will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure that appropriate controls across people, process and technology are put in place to support compliance with data protection laws and regulations, industry standards and NTT DATA, Inc. Group’s global Data Privacy policies, standards and procedures.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Act as a key point of contact on all data privacy matters for all Global Practices.
    • Embed NTT DATA, Inc. Group’s Data Privacy policies, procedures, and standards in the regions by working closely with stakeholders from across the business and awareness raising.
    • Review NTT DATA, Inc. Group’s Data Privacy policies, procedures and standards to ensure that these meet business and legal requirements for data privacy within the applicable region. Where required, define and document local variations and/or translations to NTT DATA, Inc. Group’s Data Privacy policies, procedures and standards to ensure compliance with local data protection laws and regulations.
    • Implement appropriate controls to support and enforce the principles of data privacy by default and by design in our business processes, applications, systems, databases, and products, services and solutions.
    • Manage the roll-out and implementation of Data Privacy requirements of new initiatives/projects from the NTT DATA, Inc. Group Global Data Privacy Center of Excellence.
    • Work with stakeholders in the business to ensure that the record of processing (including data flows and cross-border data transfers) is documented, accurate, complete, and up to date for all processing activities.
    • Work with stakeholders in the business to ensure that the organization has documented clear, specific and accessible privacy notices to inform individuals of the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Perform privacy assessments of NTT DATA products and services to ensure that Data Privacy by Design principles and compliance requirements are embedded within client product and service offerings. This includes providing technical advice on privacy control design and implementation, as well as supporting the creation of go-to-market collateral to support bid and sales processes.
    • Support and advise the business in its response to RFPs and client questionnaires in respect of the organization’s Data Privacy program, Information Security and Privacy Management System (ISPMS), and Data Privacy controls.
    • Support the performance of third-party information security and privacy assessments to ensure that third parties have appropriate controls in place to comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations and NTT DATA, Inc. Group’s Data Privacy policies. This may include periodic third-party audits or assessments. 
    • Support legal teams in the negotiation of data processing and sharing agreements with third parties and ensure a third-party register is maintained of all third parties who process personal data on the organization’s behalf.
    • Support escalated data subject requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations and NTT DATA, Inc. Group’s Data Privacy policies and processes.
    • Support the response to Data Privacy Incidents in the Global Practices working with the Data Privacy Incident Manager in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations and NTT DATA, Inc. Group’s Data Privacy and Data Privacy Incident Response policies and procedures.
    • Respond to any queries, audits or investigations from data protection authorities in consultation with the NTT DATA, Inc. Group Global Data Privacy Center of Excellence and relevant Data Protection Officer.
    • Consult and work together with the relevant Data Protection Officer’s to ensure that the organization meets its data privacy obligations.
    • Document and assess Data Privacy risks in the business and develop strategies to manage or mitigate them.
    • Monitor and report on the implementation and effectiveness of Data Privacy controls across the business, including Data Privacy risks, on a periodic basis.
    • Monitor developments in data protection laws and regulations in the region, understand the impact for the organization, advise the business and recommend appropriate mechanisms and controls to support ongoing compliance.
    • Document and maintain compliance risk management plans for applicable data protection laws and regulations.
    • Monitor and enforce completion of mandatory Data Privacy compliance training in the business and develop and provide dedicated training to the business where training needs or gaps arise.
    • Maintain your technical expertise by keeping abreast of developments in Data Privacy, participating in Data Privacy manager training and relevant industry forums and undertaking continual training and development.

    • 5+ years’ relevant work experience in data privacy program management, processes, practices, technologies, risk management, audit, and/or compliance.
    • Experience in responding to data subject rights requests and personal data breaches.
    • Experience in advising on complex data privacy matters with practical advice.
    • Experience in risk management activities and practices (preferred).
    • Experience in working on compliance projects.
    • Experience in telecommunications, technology and/or professional services (preferred).
    • Experience in or working with cybersecurity functions is desirable.

    Senior Projects Coordinator

    Your day at NTT DATA

    • The Senior Project Coordinator provides project administrative assistance to a project management team during the delivery of simple and complex projects and programs.
    • The Senior Project Coordinator may be responsible for delivery of transactional and standard projects as well as providing team lead support to less experienced project administrators/coordinators within the team.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Provides project administrative support to project teams, including but not limited to handling project meetings such minute-taking, arranging meeting rooms.
    • Ensures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.
    • Liaises with internal / external clients and ensures client satisfaction.
    • Keeps track of budget and project expenditures.
    • Compiles and updates the active project list on a weekly basis for the relevant stakeholders.
    • Provides documentation to relevant stakeholders as required.
    • Prepares resource utilization reports on a weekly basis and assists with the allocation of project resources if required.
