    Marketing Manager

    Job Description

    • Develop a marketing strategy that increases brand awareness and enhances brand equity and lifetime value of customers across all channels.
    • Manage in-store activations, as well as in-store digital and print campaigns
    • Ensure that stores are trained to effectively implement visual merchandising standards
    • Assist with the migration from print advertising media in stores to predominantly digital in-store advertising and centralised content management.
    • Define and execute strategy for omnichannel marketing, including the loyalty program, customer engagement strategy, E-store and Click and Collect.
    • Ensure a customer relationship management system is identified, implemented, and effectively utilised to manage customer relationship marketing platforms and customer care
    • Define the similarities and differences of product and brand strategies in retail outlets compared to online
    • Manage all social media initiatives and content production
    • Collaborate with marketing agencies to achieve the marketing strategy and identified KPI’s
    • Partner effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure all digital campaign activities are properly identified, communicated, planned, executed, and measured.
    • Manage use of influencers and eventing to enhance brand awareness
    • Market and manage special events
    • Grow and develop an inhouse marketing team
    • Identify opportunities for and provide input into corporate communication and corporate branding including but not limited to the intranet, official website, Corporate Social Investment
    • Work collaboratively with Autograph to improve the standards of existing Signature products and increase the product range as and when a need is identified
    • Effectively manage outsourced and contracted services
    • Manage budgets and measure ROI’s across platforms

    Requirements 

    • Grade 12 required
    • Marketing degree, or related qualification is a requirement
    • Driver’s license
    • Between 4 – 7 years marketing experience in a medium sized company including the management of an insourced and outsourced marketing team
    • Minimum of 4 years working experience with Omni Channel, Digital, and Retail Marketing
    • Demonstrable experience of developing and executing a Marketing, Consumer Brand and Customer Engagement Strategy
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the consulting, Digital Agency and consumer products industry is preferred

    Procurment Manager

    Job Description

    • Implement strategic sourcing strategies and policies in conjunction with key stakeholders (Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Finance).
    • Manage Supply Risk by forecasting procurement needs, implementing robust supply agreements, analysing supplier capacity, and executing material coverage/scenario planning.
    • Budget and forecast future commodity pricing and product costs for financial planning and reporting.
    • Drive Cost Optimization through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and continuously identifying new procurement value and productivity opportunities.
    • Manage and develop a reliable supplier base (local and international), ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to all required quality and ethical standards (e.g., cosmetic safety and quality accreditations).
    • Oversee all procurement projects, ensuring alignment and collaboration across different functional departments within the organization.

    Requirements 

    • Grade 12 required
    • Diploma or degree in B Com in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
    • Quality assurance background an advantage
    • Experience within the FMCG or Cosmetics/Fragrance industry will be an advantage.
    • 5 years working experience in procurement

    Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales strategies and budgets to achieve revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets across all regional stores.
    • Monitor sales performance for designated stores on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and ensure that Area Managers have effective action plans in place to deliver required results, paying special attention to underperforming stores.
    • Lead and manage the team of Area Managers, promoting a high-performance culture through coaching, performance management, and career development.
    • Oversee the consistent execution of all operational activities and store standards, including stock management, point of sale (POS) procedures, and banking adherence across the entire footprint.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legal requirements, investigating and escalating stock losses and shrinkage in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
    • Verify visual merchandising standards and disciplines are consistently implemented and maintained to the required business standard to create a beautiful store experience, supporting promotional rollouts and new product launches.
    • Coordinate the successful planning, co-ordination, and launching of new stores, revamps, and relocations within the Southern Africa region.

    Requirements 

    • A three-year tertiary qualification in Retail Management, Business Management, Marketing or a related commercial qualification is advantageous.
    • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in retail store or area management, with at least 3 years in a multi-store/multi-region sales management role.
    • Experience specifically within the cosmetics, beauty, or fragrance industry is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
