    Job Purpose

    • Deliver a world class service through others by ensuring a client centric culture through required interventions. Identify areas of resource inefficiencies and promote optimisation through promoting multi-skilling and addressing capacity gaps by reviewing and improving work processes.
    • Maintain effective and productive relationships with vendors, mange vendor contracting, invoicing and payment processes for assets and teams under your management.
    • Mitigate Project risks and issues by identifying possible risks, classifying them, planning mitigation, and raising it at the appropriate forums until resolution or acceptance.
    • Ensure work delivery by effective planning of a programme of projects and related activities

    Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

    • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

    Preferred Qualification

    • Post-Matric degree in Information Technology or Business Management
    • BSc. Computer Science, BComm. IS or Equivalent BTech or Technical Diploma

    Minimum Experience Level

    • 7 to 12 years’ experience in an IT environment (across IT disciplines) 
    • Experience in SAFe Agile, Technical Governance, Product Management, Project Management, PI Planning, Release and Change Management, SDLC, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project

    Type of Exposure

    • Platforms: Unix, zOS, Cloud (Azure)
    • Code languages: Cobal, Java, SQL, .Net
    • Databases: DB2, SQL, PostGreSQL
