Main Purpose of the Role
- The lecturer will be required to teach various subjects including Cullinary Studies (Theory and Pratical) within the Diploma in Hospitality Management programme at the Highveld Campus, Centurion.
- The lecturer must be able to design and deliver lectures, lead discussions, and conduct practical sessions to assist students in grasping concepts and enhance their academic learning experience.
- The role includes but is not limited to lecturing, marking, feedback, student evaluation, and academic support. The lecturer will also have responsibility for academic material and assessment, taking in some modules as a module lead.

Requirements
- An NQF Level 9 (Masters degree) qualification in Marketing
- Professional certification(s) and or experience in Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Website Development/Management, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related digital marketing disciplines.
- Relevant industry experience in marketing and digital marketing is preferred.
- Prior lecturing experience in both face-to-face and online learning environments would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
School Engagement
- Secure and deliver high-energy presentations at targeted schools, distribute campus brochures and interest cards, and represent the brand at career expos and other stakeholder events.
Communication & Follow-Up
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and WhatsApp targets to generate leads, conduct engaging interviews with prospective students, and support follow-up actions to convert interest into applications and registrations.
Sales Process Management
- Update and manage the campus CRM Information system to track leads and sales activities, ensuring all processes align with the campus sales and marketing plan.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Attend weekly campus sales meetings, report on sales activities against set targets, and participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Brand Positioning & School Targeting:
- Strategically position the NewBridge Graduate Institute brand within assigned target schools, establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify and target schools to maximize outreach, ensuring robust database collection and management.
Event & Campaign Management:
- Conduct high-energy school presentations and represent the institute professionally at career fairs and other school events.
- Implement and manage SMS and WhatsApp campaigns to engage prospective students, ensuring the conversion of booked appointments into actual school arrivals.
Interview & Conversion Process:
- Execute dynamic interviews with prospective students, converting interest into completed applications and registrations.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all institutional programmes, module compositions, pricing structures, and bursary offerings to effectively market these benefits to students and their parents.
Operational & Reporting Duties:
- Adhere to established reception protocols and use the CRM Information system to manage sales processes and track performance against key targets (database collection, calls, bookings, follow-ups, applications, and registrations).
- Participate in weekly campus sales meetings to report on activity, discuss challenges, and collaboratively develop solutions, while also supporting sports and social activities to foster student engagement.
- Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
