    Graduate PWD Rem & Ben -008-006

    Main purpose of the job 

    • Graduate placements provide learners with the opportunity to gain on-the job exposure in the field of Remuneration & Benefits Administration.

    High level job objectives 

    • Capture new employees on Payroll System
    • Update current employee profiles on Payroll System
    • Verify documentation on HR Management System, and request outstanding documents
    • Reconcile and verify data on HR Management System and Payroll System (terminations, appointments, all other payroll updates)
    • Prepares monthly reports on payroll (CTC variances, headcounts, overtime, etc).
    • Confirm terminations and prepare monthly temp leave payout file
    • Complete UI19 - monthly
    • Liaise with the regional administrators
    • General administrative support to the Remuneration, Benefits & Payroll team

    • Completed 3-year national qualification in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration

    Main purpose of the job 

    • Graduate placements provide learners with the opportunity to gain on-the job exposure in the field of Debtors Administration.

    High level job objectives: 

    • To obtain exposure in capturing of debtors’ transactions for completeness of income.
    • To obtain exposure in processing customer invoices & statements to ensure collection of revenue.
    • To obtain exposure in resolving of unallocated / unidentified payments to assist in the reconciliation of customer accounts.
    • To obtain exposure to  administer  financial documentation for record and audit purposes and other miscellanies financial administrative responsibilities 
    • To obtain exposure in  collecting of customer accounts in a manner that ensures high customer satisfaction.
    • To obtain exposure in preparing monthly credit management reports

    Requirements

    • Completed 3-year national qualification in one of the following fields: Finacial Management/ Financial Administration 

    Experience:

    • No experience is required since it is aimed at unemployed graduates

    Knowledge:

    • Graduate placements provide learners with the opportunity to gain on-the job exposure in the field of Creditors Administration.

    High level job objectives 

    • To obtain exposure on learnership Coordination (AETP Recruitment; Onboarding; Central training; Assessment and Moderation; Exiting and Reporting) 
    • To obtain training on L&D administration (Update and Publish Training Schedule; CRS capturing of training records; 
    • Monthly reporting; LMS system administration) 
    • To gain experience in training course coordination. 
    • To gain experience in e-learning system administration. 
    • To gain exposure to the workings of the EE & Skills Forum. 
    • To gain experience in L&D employee communication writing
