- We’re looking for a highly skilled Labour Controller to join our Isando Biscuits facility in Kempton Park, Gauteng. You’ll play a key role in optimizing workforce planning, ensuring efficient labour utilization, accurate BESTime administration, and compliance with health and safety standards across all production lines.
Reporting to: Manufacturing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead manpower planning and scheduling to align with production demands and cost targets.
- Manage BESTime systems, resolve queries, and ensure accurate labour data uploads.
- Oversee absenteeism control, shift planning, and temporary staff deployment.
- Support health, safety, and legal compliance (Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Labour Relations Act (LRA) and Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COID).
- Drive labour efficiency through data-driven decisions and proactive communication with HR and operations teams.
