    Reservations Outbound Consultant

    • We are looking for self-driven, sales-oriented Reservations Outbound Consultant to assist our Members with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ queries, making travel suggestions. Handling queries via phone, email, social media and/or face-to-face consultation as well as attending to assigned outbound call programmes.
    • To be successful as a Reservations Outbound Consultant, you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. An individual that is self-motivated to achieve sales targets.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Commit to The Beekman Way (an internal Group programme to work together cohesively and towards a common goal, focusing on the customer by going out of one’s way to meet customer needs).
    • Attend to client queries & reservations in accordance within SLA metrics, including but not limited to:
    • Query turnaround time
    • Customer service survey
    • Production
    • Achieve targets as provided by department manager.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned, including but not limited to general client queries.

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

    • Matric with 2 years relevant Call Centre experience
    • Experience working in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Resort Manager – Coral & Canopy/Umhlanga

    Key Performance Areas:

    • The Resort Manager will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the resort and its associated facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Overseeing the daily operations of the resort and all associated facilities.
    • Ensuring that all maintenance and upkeep of the resort are carried out effectively and efficiently.

    • Minimum of five (5) years’ senior management experience within a hotel or resort environment with a strong Food & Beverage operations component.
    • Proven experience in operational management and service excellence.
    • Sound knowledge of budget management.
    • Experience in asset management and stock control.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
    • Experience in Food & Beverage management, staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
    • Own accommodation close to the property

    Spa Coordinator – Cayley Lodge & Mountain Resort

    Key Performance Areas:

    • The Beekman Group is seeking a professional and service-driven Spa Coordinator to join our Body Bliss Day Spa operations. This is a front-of-house, non-treatment role responsible for coordinating daily spa operations, optimising guest experience, and supporting commercial performance.
    • This role is ideal for a candidate who is highly organised, guest-centric, and confident in managing bookings, sales, stock, and team coordination within a premium hospitality environment.                                                                                                     

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

    • Manage all telephonic, online, and walk-in spa enquiries professionally and timeously
    • Coordinate and confirm client bookings via spa booking systems
    • Provide accurate information on treatments, products, and promotions
    • Ensure a seamless end-to-end guest journey
    • Drive retail and treatment sales in line with monthly targets
    • Support upselling initiatives and promotional campaigns
    • Maintain high merchandising and display standards
    • Maintain optimal stock levels for retail and treatment products
    • Conduct stock counts, manage variances, and control wastage
    • Place supplier orders and manage deliveries and stock rotation
    • Ensure accurate capturing on booking and POS systems

    Handyman – Menlyn Mix Apartments & Hotel Suites

    • The position is supporting the Manager in all aspects of the technical / mechanical / grounds side of the property’s functions.  The successful candidate will be required to manage staff and liaise with Service providers to achieve desired standard.
