    Marketing Operations Support Manager

    Job Purpose

    As a Marketing Operations Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational marketing support to the Marketing organization and being an enabler to achieving GSK Consumer Healthcare’s ambition of becoming one of the most innovative, best performing, trusted and compliant Consumer Healthcare Companies in South and Southern Africa. You will also manage all Marketing Vendor Management compliance and fulfill the role of Marketing Digital Compliance Lead.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist Marketing Business Owners with Vendor Management process contract tracking, ensuring we have valid contracts for all Marketing Vendors – Vendor Management Super User
    • Ensure accurate record keeping and all valid contracts are uploaded in Ariba
    • Support the completion TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) process for new vendors and ensure valid TPO’s are in place for all Marketing Vendors in consultation with the Business Owner, FMV analysis; conflict of interest, contract finalization and updating – TPRM Super User (Process and System)
    • Support Marketing Team and Procurement on all Marketing RFP’s (setting up of presentations with RFP vendors, collecting and support Marketing with all data requests)
    • Fulfill the role of Marketing Digital Compliance Lead – ensuring website and social media assets compliance (Working with the Marketing Team and managing all requirements through RMCB)
    • Support Marketing Team by working with Compliance to ensure that all MM’s and CAPA’s are addressed timeously and that Marketing work to find sustainable solutions to non-conformance issues; ProMotion and Digital Quarterly MM; Expert (Sampling – Quarterly; Engaging External Experts – Annually)
    • Support Brand Teams with overflow PO’s, and department Ariba Super User
    • Support Brand Teams with CaST creative adaptations and approval of Marketing materials
    • Support Brand Teams with data pulls for BHC and ISB submissions and ABP’s e.g. For forecasting purposes be proficient in pulling IQVIA and IRI data by category/sku level/volume/value
    • Marketing coordination of team sites and key events

    Why you?

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Minimum Bachelors/IMM degree (Marketing/Procurement)
    • 1- 5 years working experience in a FMCG/CH environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Good understanding of the complex economic and socio-political environment in S.A.
    • Insight into and understanding of consumer, expert attitudes, behavior, and motivations.
    • Sound technical knowledge of brand building, advertising, media, and marketing research disciplines

    Dental Detailing Representative

    Job Purpose

    As a Dental Detailing Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that World Class education and training is provided to appropriate HCP’s and experts, delivering key clinical messages so that the GSK brands are the ones they most recommend, endorse and sell within the Dental Practice influencing sphere. You will be required to build sustainable relationships with targeted Healthcare Professionals and their practice staff.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • To achieve Detailing objectives each Cycle, in line with Team/Marketing strategy.
    • To achieve Selling objectives each Cycle, in line with set individual targets
    • To ensure that comprehensive call planning is implemented for each call
    • To ensure that the sales model principles are always adhered to in each call
    • Complete company reports and records to agreed standards, bearing in mind the company’s SOP’s on PII and SPII, these will include Call reports, Field Coaching Reports, Competitor Feedback, etc.
    • Complete all trackers for Samples, POS, etc. on a weekly and monthly basis
    • Manage individual marketing budget for area per annum
    • To develop territory business plan to accomplish objectives.
    • To make professional/educational presentations to practice groups, professional bodies and any meeting as directed, CME’s, CPD Meetings, etc.
    • Drive all company objectives identified within the overall Expert strategy.
    • Dental Detailing Representatives may be required to attend meetings, conferences and training courses that may entail overnight stays or evening work, incl. weekends.
    • Territory Management and Coverage may entail overnight stay.
    • Undertake any other duties commensurate with grade as required.
    • Ensure that all My Learnings and SOP training is completed timeously.
    • Agreed pass averages are achieved for product/detailing assessments
    • Identify and forge relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Influencers within the Healthcare Profession

    • 3 year medical/science related tertiary degree/diploma and relevant experience in industry

    Finance Manager

    Job Purpose

    As a Finance Manager, you will use your finance expertise to build partnerships with the business, and help drive the strategic business plan, supporting strategy and decision making with critical financial insights.

    Essential Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for end-to-end Sales and GM business partnering. Includes:
    1. All month end activities

    • Run the forecast up to GM, through working closely with business partners (sales and supply) ensuring forecast accuracy.
    • Continually challenge current thinking and make recommendations on how to optimize business opportunities and minimize risk/cost to the business.
    • Evaluate and report actual versus planned outcomes up to GM.
    • Continually improve budgeting and re-forecasting processes to create accurate and dynamic business forecasts
    • Forecasting projects – responsible to lead, drive and mix analysis and optimization within the organization
