    Cloud Delivery Engineer

    Description

    • The Cloud Delivery Engineer’s primary responsibility is to help deploy and support customers who subscribe to our GCP & GWS services. They will need to be customer-focused, enthusiastic and have excellent IT technical support skills, with a calm and reassuring manner and strong attention to detail. Working with our Cloud Solutions Architects who design the Cloud solutions, Cloud Delivery Engineers need to have a firm understanding of all the technologies being deployed and the ability to implement the proposed solution working in a project team and overseen by the Service Delivery Manager and Cloud Projects Manager. 
    • The Cloud Delivery Engineer will be involved throughout the client engagement process, from initial scoping and surveys, through project implementation and delivery, and if required for ongoing support and maintenance of the customer environment. 

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Associate cloud engineer
    • Google professional certifications – Data focused. - Essential
    • Google Associate certifications (Workspace administrator). - Essential
    • Associate or intermediate AWS and Azure certifications. - Desirable
    • Degree in IT or Engineering related field and Post-Graduate. - Desirable
    • MS - 900 Associate cloud engineer – Google Cloud. - Desirable
    • Degree in IT or Engineering related field and Post-Graduate. - Desirable

    Experience

    2+ years' experience in 

    • Supporting Cloud-based infrastructure (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
    • Proven experience with GWS
    • ⁠Proven experience with GCP
    • Demonstrate the ability to solve complex, multi-system problems
    • Extensive track record of service delivery for customers
    • Great communications skills
    • In-depth knowledge of various IT and/or telecoms technology architecture domains and convergence

    Cloud Solutions Architect - Google Workspace (Gauteng)

    Description

    • A Google Workspace (GWS) Cloud Solutions Architect transforms business objective into tangible Google Workspace configurations, policies, and security practices as they relate to users, content, and integrations. This includes, among others, the GWS solution life cycle – GWS SKU selection, design, management, and monitoring of the solution that meets the customers’ requirements.
    • The incumbent is responsible for defining tasks, scope and effort obtained during customer engagement session and the subsequent production of high level and low-level design documents and other technical project related artefacts. This extends to the delivery of hands-on, business-oriented strategic and technical consulting to our clients for GWS solutions. 

    Requirements

    Qualifications 

    • Degree in IT or Engineering related field and post-Graduate. - Essential
    • Professional Google Workspace Administrator. - Essential
    • Other Industry certifications e.g. Google Associate Cloud Engineer. - Preferred         

    Experience

    5-10 years experience in:

    • Supporting / Managing GWS environments Demonstrable experience in architecting large-scale cloud migration projects Demonstrate the ability to solve complex, multi- system problems

    Cloud Solutions Architect – Google Cloud Platform

    Description

    • The main function of this position is to act as the senior technical authority for our Google Cloud Security portfolio.
    • This includes designing secure cloud architectures, leading technical pre-sales engagements, and translating customer requirements into robust, scalable security solutions. This role is key to defining the technical strategy for solutions built on or integrating with the Google Cloud security stack (e.g., Google Security Operations/Chronicle, Mandiant, Security Command Center, BeyondCorp Enterprise, etc.).
    • This role will also be responsible for providing technical oversight and mentorship to other technical teams across the business. 

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • First degree in relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent. - Essential
    • Google Cloud Professional Security Engineer certification. - Essential
    • Industry acknowledged Certifications related to Cyber Security, CISSP, CISM, CCSP. - Essential
    • Google Cloud SecOps sales and technical credentials. - Essential
    • Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification. - Desirable     

    Experience

    5 -10 years’ experience:

    • As a Cloud Security Architect, Security Consultant, or similar technical role

    Key Responsibilities
    Solution Architecture & Design

    • Architect and implement scalable, secure cloud solutions across Microsoft CSP and Google Workspace.

    Design and support solutions involving:

    • Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform
    • Microsoft Security Suite: Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Intune
    • Dynamics 365 solutions, with a strong focus on Business Central licensing
    • Provide strategic input on solution offerings and identify market opportunities.
    • Ensure alignment with best practices in cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
      Customer & Sales Enablement
    • Engage with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Support sales teams by streamlining engagement and service delivery processes.
    • Assist in the creation of proposal templates and delivery of product training to both customers and internal teams.
      Strategic & Operational Support
    • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and solution roadmaps.
    • Provide expert guidance on Microsoft licensing models including EA, CSP, and Volume Licensing (VL).
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of experience in cloud solution architecture or a related field.

    Strong knowledge of:

    • Microsoft CSP and Google Workspace
    • Microsoft SharePoint, Fabric, Power Platform
    • Microsoft Security solutions: Defender Suite, Sentinel, Purview, Intune
    • Dynamics 365 solutions, particularly Business Central licensing

    Cloud Applications Licensing Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recommend appropriate CSP licensing for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Google Workspace opportunities.
    • Understand customer strategies and business models to tailor licensing and commercial solutions
    • Ensure BoM's are compliant with Microsoft policies and regulatory requirements
    • Identify and recommend eligible third-party products and services attach options to enhance solution offerings.
    • Provide pre-sales licensing support to Sales and Solution Architect teams.
    • Deliver internal training and create licensing cheat sheets and product sales guides.

    • Experience in BoQ creation and licensing transitions.
    • Microsoft Licensing Specialist certifications required or in progress.
    • Microsoft/Google Workspace Modern Workplace, Security, or AI certifications are advantageous.
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
