    Warehouse Manager

    Key Purpose

    Engineering & Maintenance Manager

    Key Purpose 

    • The purpose of this role is to lead the plant’s engineering, maintenance, and asset care functions to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.     Cost Management and Reporting

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    Education

    Education

    • HACCP and ISO/FSSC training is advantageous

    Experience

    • 1–3 years’ experience in a quality control or laboratory role within FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing

    Master Planner

    Key Purpose

    • The Master Planner ensures an optimized medium- to long-term production plan that balances demand, capacity, and inventory across the supply network. The role identifies risks, models scenarios, and recommends mitigation actions to secure service and efficiency. It also drives alignment across functions through accurate planning data, capacity insights, and effective communication in S&OP/S&OE forums.

    Master Production Planning

    • Develop and maintain medium- to long-term production plans (MPS) in line with forecasted demand, manufacturing capacities, and inventory targets.
    • Align production volumes with available lines, shifts, and plant capabilities.
    • Identify and manage bottlenecks or capacity constraints in the supply network.

    Capacity and Network Planning

    • Support the Network and Capacity Specialist in conducting network reviews and recommending load balancing across plants.
    • Provide inputs for capacity investments or changes in asset utilization.
    • Maintain visibility of capacity headroom and recommend mitigation plans for overloads.

    Scenario Modelling and Risk Management

    • Conduct what-if analyses to assess the impact of volume changes, line shutdowns, or supply risks.
    • Recommend proactive mitigation plans (e.g., pre-build, cross-site production, sourcing changes).
    • Support business continuity planning and inventory recovery strategies during disruptions.

    Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

    • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure feasibility and alignment of the production plan.
    • Communicate production plans and potential risks to key stakeholders through planning forums.
    • Support S&OP and S&OE processes with accurate supply-side data and insights.

    Data Analysis and Reporting

    • Analyse production performance against plan and identify variances or inefficiencies.
    • Generate reports on capacity utilization, supply plan adherence, and inventory projections.
    • Provide insights into trends, root causes of service failures, and opportunities for improvement.

    Systems and Master Data Maintenance

    • Ensure planning parameters (e.g., lead times, minimum order quantities, production cycles) are accurate in planning systems.

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics,  or related field (required)
    • Postgraduate Diploma or Certification in Supply Chain or Production Planning (advantageous)

    Experience

    • 5 years’ experience in supply chain, production planning, or master scheduling within FMCG or manufacturing environment
    • Experience in using advanced planning tools (SAP APO/IBP, OMP, or equivalent)
    • Strong background in capacity and constraint-based planning
    • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix or multi-site network

    Skills

    • Advanced production planning and scheduling knowledge
    • Proficient in SAP APO, IBP, or similar planning systems
    • Strong MS Excel and analytical/reporting skills (Power BI advantageous)
