Minimum Requirements

• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels
• Checking, processing and filing relevant documentation
• Ensuring adherence to housekeeping and maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Performing a daily inspection of the yard, tyre maintenance area, fitting tools and consumables
• Coordinating workshop management and ops staff on fleet available for inspection.
• Liaising with other departments and customers
• Organise the weekly tyre scrapping meeting and documents
• Coordinate with service provider to remove scrap tyres off the site.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly safety inspections

• Coordinate with selected 3rd party provider, items listed for sale that are obsolete in line with reorder categorization.
• Ensure part number and vehicle are correctly updated and loaded for sale
• Assist with cataloguing and working with Depots and Category manager for correct identification.

Sale of Selected Stock

• Drive sales of Obsolete stock in accordance with category manager, depot manager and distribution manager and set sales targets.
