    Business Contract Manager (MBSA)

    Objective of the job:

    Management of PTA Fleet Services Supplier, and East London Fleet Services to ensure an optimized, customer centric Fleet services working model in line with key KPI’ s and stakeholder management, coupled with the business management function that involves the implementation of key critical functions, to raise early warning signs to the business for corrective measures to be implemented.

    All activities will be done in compliance with the Company's Integrity Code and other relevant policies.

    Main Tasks:

    • Fleet Management: Effective management of the administration of all company, lease, Marketing and general pool vehicles, according to SLA KPIs and MBSA policies and processes with Key stakeholders - Management of KPI Meetings thereof. Effective supplier management to ensure their services and performance are aligned with SLA KPIs and MBSA policies and processes. This includes regular meetings and to maintain good supplier relationships. Preparation and timeous submission of all report . The data must be correct which is to the best of my knowledge and must be presented in a professional format according to SLA KPIs and MBSA Corporate Identity, Policies and Processes
    • Business Management: Monthly preparation & presentation of business reports, highlighting opportunities, risks and implementing corrective measures to improve company performance.
    • Project Management: Co-support of strategic business project topics, engaging with key stakeholders, to enhance business processes and systems, in alignment & implementation of strategic business projects. To support to deliver the optimized project solutions & reporting to drive performance and results
    • Stakeholder engagement and co-creation: Managing the achievement of the fleet services contract and business related topics KPIs and performance objective, by consistently engaging with key stakeholders for the required information and support. This in line with ensuring that all activities are aligned to MBSA policies, processes and compliance requirements.

    Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

    • Ability to interact on all levels
    • Business Administration 
    • Automotive industry Background
    • IT Computer Skills (Office Suite)

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years' relevant experience
    • Applicable to Internal & External Candidates

    IT Software Test Lead

    The Job Requirements

    • Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and practices (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
    • Pragmatic and structured approach to tasks, paying attention to detail whilst keeping the big picture in mind.
    • Strong communication, team collaboration, interpersonal skills and presentation skills, confident with the ability to influenceothers.
    • Excellent time management and self-management skills, target-orientated with strong ability to work independently.
    • Willingness to work in a team and in a dynamic international work environment.
    • Ability to perform the minimum required physical and mental requirements of the function.

    Outputs 

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand product(s) requirements and deliver the necessary software testingrequirements.
    • Collaborate with the testing capability and respective product cluster lead to design, develop, implement, and continuouslyimprove test strategies, processes, and methodologies for the responsible product(s).
    • Provide strong technical leadership in overseeing and coordinating all central testing activities in alignment with the product’s scope, test strategy, timelines, resources, and cost.
    • Creation and maintenance of test plans, cases, scripts, testing efforts and procedures that ensure exhaustive testing of allassigned systems to ensure compliance with systemspecifications.
    • Ensure content and structure of all testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained according to the defined testing principles, guidelines, frameworks, and standards.
    • Responsible for facilitating, tracking, and coordinating the test execution progress, including monitoring defects, solution solving time and potential risks. This includes, planning,organizing, and moderating relevant meetings to support test activities.
    • Support the product(s) team to eliminate blockers to the testing deliverables and success.
    • Define and ensure implementation of the necessary testing metrics / KPI for the responsible product(s) in alignment with the testing capability’s KPIs.
    • Performing all outputs in compliance to the Company's Integrity Codes & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.
