    Pharmacy Representative

    Key Job Outputs:

    • The Professional Sales Representative needs to constantly achieve individual regional and divisional sales targets
    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Key Customers
    • To identify opportunities in the market for new products and new growth areas for the business
    • Successfully implement sales and marketing strategies
    • Analysis of regional sales, competitor and market share data, then help develop strategies and action plans to maximise sales potential in the respective area
    • To respond adequately and professionally to customer complaints and queries

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 yrs experience as a Sales Representative
    • Knowledge of and experience in retail pharmacy
    • Computer literacy MS Office (proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point)
    • A valid driver’s licence

    Senior BI Specialist

    Key responsibilities and outputs:

    General

    • Data Governance and Security: Implement data governance practices, including data access controls, role-level security, and data lineage documentation. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and end-users to gather and refine requirements for required solutions. Function as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Project Management: Project management skills to plan, execute, and manage projects, including scoping, time management, and meeting deadlines. Projects include new customer onboarding, existing customer enhancements for internal governance and management across supported solutions.
    • Documentation:  Draft and maintain all relevant documentation pertaining to solutions supported including functional specifications, business requirements, user guides, and knowledge articles
    • Innovation & Enhancement: Identify, recommend, scope, and implement opportunities within supported solutions.

    Configuration and Customisation

    • Data Modelling and Integration: Develop and maintain complex data models in Microsoft SQL Analysis Services, including establishing relationships, hierarchies, and calculated columns. Manage data integration tasks, including data source connections and data transformation processes.
    • Report and Dashboard Development: Independently design and create interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop. Implement advanced features like bookmarks, drill-through actions, custom themes, and custom visuals.
    • Data Transformation and ETL: Handle more complex data transformation and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, including handling data from multiple sources and dealing with complex data structures.

    Support and Analysis

    • Advanced Data Analysis: Perform complex data analysis tasks using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) functions to create calculated measures and solve intricate business problems. Develop advanced DAX calculations for financial, statistical, or performance analysis.
    • Performance Optimisation: Optimise report and dashboard performance by improving data queries, data model efficiency, and report rendering speed. Identify and address bottlenecks and resource constraints on the reporting and modelling platform(s), as well as scheduling of reports via Microsoft Power BI, Analysis Services model optimisation, and large data dumps via SQL.
    • Troubleshooting: Support, troubleshoot (log file analysis) and resolve issues related to existing Microsoft SQL Analysis Services and SQL reporting functionality, on prem servers and network connectivity in conjunction with Network support teams, as well as the Power Platform components such as the on-premises Power BI data gateway
    • Pro-active maintenance: Responsible for proactive maintenance on supported solutions

    Day-to-day Tasks and System Administration:

    • Monitor, maintain and fix any issues identified with reporting solutions supported.
    • Work with internal and external resources (e.g. customer representatives, data and applications teams, vendors, etc.) to identify reporting and automation requirements.
    • Assist with system and reporting data quality.

    Requirements

    Educational Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, or equivalent qualification and/or experience

    Work experience

    • 3 years’ experience in business analysis and related documentation
    • 3 years as a Power BI Developer or Business Intelligence Analyst.
    • 2 years’ Microsoft DevOps experience
    • 3 years’ experience in Microsoft SQL Analysis Services
    • 3 years of experience in t-SQL scripting / queries, including query optimisation

    Professional Qualifications / courses completed

    • Microsoft Power BI courses/accreditation/certification or equivalent experience
    • Microsoft SQL and Microsoft SQL Analysis Services courses/accreditation/certification or equivalent experience
    • ITIL v3 or later Foundations certification or equivalent experience
