Our client is looking for a proactive and client-focused Junior Account Manager to join their team in Pretoria East, Gauteng. The successful candidate will support client relationships, manage day-to-day queries, and ensure customers derive full value from the Lunchhub platform.
This role involves onboarding, training, providing first-line technical support, and coordinating service delivery across internal teams. The ideal candidate is organised, communicative, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12.
1–2 years’ experience in customer service, account administration, or helpdesk support.
Advantageous: Experience within the catering industry or with SaaS platforms is advantageous.
Ability to quickly learn and explain software systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Sheets and general administrative tools.
Fluency in Afrikaans is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, maintaining professional communication and follow-ups.
Conduct product demonstrations and train clients on Lunchhub features, ordering processes, reporting, and administrative tools.
Provide first-line support for Lunchhub issues, including account setup, ordering queries, user management, and site configurations.
Escalate technical issues to support or development teams and ensure timely resolution.
Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and creation of quotes as required.
Monitor hardware sales and implementations, ensuring customer requests are completed efficiently.
Log and manage client issues from initiation to resolution, including service changes, menu updates, and subsidy adjustments.
Track recurring client issues and suggest process improvements.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional Lunchhub modules or services.
Support senior account managers with quotes, proposals, and marketing initiatives.
Manage social media accounts, distribute marketing materials, and engage with potential clients.
