Your Role
Attached to the Chief Group Financial Controller, you will play a major role in the administrative and financial department of one of our subsidiaries.
Your main role will be split by 3 pillars
- Production of the Profit & Loss reporting-Past analysis oriented
- Follow up of the forecast - Future analysis oriented
- Production of the board and presentation to the Administrative & Financial Manager - Strategic analysis oriented
To manage those 3 pillars you will handle tasks such as
- Verification of the different accounting records,
- Analysis of the reporting gaps,
- Elaborate and participate in the budgetary process,
- Prepare the analytic basis for analytical analysis
- Development of financial tools for entities and for the group
Profile
- Meticulous, reliable, reactive, autonomous and having a good capacity to work and communicate in teams.
- A first experience in this field is desirable.
- A good ability to use the computer tools (Excel) is necessary, a first approach to an ERP would be an asset.
- English fluent, another language is an advantage.

Your Role
- Co-ordinate the financial, legal, administrative and accounting departments.
- Finance Guarantee the production and the reliability of social security contributions, accounting and financial documents in accordance with the accounting, social and fiscal obligations, Participate in the financial controlling periodically establish reporting, optimize the activity analysis (monitoring and management tools) as well as the budget process, Supervise the production of the projected financial statements, explain the gaps between the projected and the achieved statements and suggest corrective measures, Improve and optimize the Group’s internal control (Establishment, implementation and control of the Administrative and Financial Department operating process, in particular concerning the inter- departments communication), Ensure the financial information system optimization, Operative support in the control activities margin analysis, per client…
- Legal/Social Validation and follow-up of our clients contracts, Legal follow-up of insurances, assemblies and councils, and contentious and recovery proceedings, Supervise the pay and the personnel administration (establish the remuneration policy in collaboration with the operational Director) and ensure the organization management of the acquaintances with the union representatives…
- Treasury Supervise the treasury management and the need for working capital, managing debts. Ensure the relations with the banks and other financial institutions,
- Accounting Ensure the annual account statements (balance sheet, income statement, income tax return), Ensure the compliance of the analytical use, Be in charge of the process optimization and ensure the good application of the Group procedures (internal control).
Your profile
- Graduated with a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, you master the office automation (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…) and an accounting tool.
- Rigor, method and relational capacity are essential to succeed in this position.
- Moreover, a first experience in this field and in team management is desirable.
- English/Dutch are compulsory, and French is a plus.
