    Service Training Instructor Global Grade 10 Re-advertised

    Key Outputs

    •  Develop apprentices according to BWE and national requirements
    •  Drive knowledge assessments (DPC/ SGAs) and provide input into IDPs for artisans
    •  Perform training needs analyses and schedule employees in own region for development and gap closure
    •  Coordinate the development of artisans according to established training needs

    Business Unit Practitioner: Level 2 Global Grade 11

    Key Outputs

    • Support the Operational Excellence team to achieve the Business Units BBS commitments.
    • Analyse Data to unlock cost saving opportunities.
    • Help develop the relevant metrics, financial justification and valuation for BBS initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities for replication of best practices.
    • Deliver the required BBS concepts training to various teams, as required, within a Business Unit.

    Welder/Boilermaker Global Grade 08

    Key outputs

    •  Using appropriate welding techniques and tooling to maintain and repair earthmoving equipment and components to OEM standards and customer requirements
    •  Do cutting and profile cutting with oxy-acetylene cutting process
    •  Remove portions of components (i.e. remove adaptor from cutting edge) with air-arc gouging process
    •  Provide sound welds in gas-metal arc (CO2) and shield metal arc (stick) welding in the 6G positions

    Installation and Commissioning Manager Global Grade 13

    Key outputs

    • Technical delivery and commissioning duties
    • Lead and safe delivery of installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for power generation systems to achieve client acceptance and handover.
    • Produce and approve commissioning procedures, test packs, witnessed test certificates, and final close‑out documentation.
    • Troubleshoot complex technical faults during early‑life operation and coordinate supplier/engineering interventions to restore availability.

    Qualification, Experience and Competencies
