    Head of Software Engineering

    Job Description:

    • Manage and modernize an evolving Software team
    • Form strong partnerships with Exco
    • Incorporate modern tech into company products and solutions

    Skills & Experience:

    • Experience managing developers
    • Experience in the following would be an advantage; Python, AWS, C#. .Net Core, JavaScript and Angular
    • Machine learning experience
    • Proven experience in similar position within the e-Commerce industry
    • Extensive Software development experience

    Qualification:

    • BTech or Master’s Degree in IT or similar

    Java Developer

    Job Description:

    • Work on existing Java-based products - fixing bugs, working on new features and helping customers with issues
    • Design and develop new products
    • Design and develop plug-ins for Java-based payments software
    • Oversee the work of more junior developers in his or her team, act as Supervisor
    • Perform internal testing at all levels
    • Overall responsibility for ensuring requirements are traceable throughout the project
    • Support customer testing of delivered software
    • Write technical and non-technical documentation
    • The candidate must write clean, robust, well-structured and well documented code

    Skills & Experience:

    • Proven experience in similar position within the Payments industry
    • Extensive Software development experience

    Qualification:

    • BTech or Master’s Degree in IT or similar
