    Account Manager: Cyber Security - Cape Town or Randburg

    • This position focuses on understanding each Client's unique needs, providing expert guidance on primarily Mimecast's solutions, and ensuring that clients maximize the value of their Mimecast investments. 

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Mimecast and Cyber Security Clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
    • Understand each Client's specific business goals and challenges and align Mimecast solutions accordingly.

    Product Knowledge and Consultation:

    • Possess in-depth knowledge of Mimecast's email and data security services.
    • Coordinate assessments to identify areas where Mimecast solutions can enhance a Client's email security posture.
    • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on the configuration and optimization of Mimecast services.

    Account Growth and Retention:

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Mimecast products and services.
    • Collaborate with Sales teams to develop opportunities.
    • Collaborate with Clients to develop expansion plans and strategies to meet their evolving security needs.
    • Ensure high Client retention rates by addressing concerns and proactively mitigating issues.

    Contract Management:

    • Manage Client contracts, renewals, and negotiations.
    • Coordinate contract discussions and work with Vendors, such as Mimecast's legal and finance teams, as needed.
    • Monitor contract compliance and ensure Clients get the expected value from Mimecast services.

    Client Training and Education:

    • Coordinate training sessions and resources for Clients to empower them to use Mimecast services effectively.
    • Keep Clients informed about new features, updates, and best practices.

    Client Advocacy:

    • Encourage satisfied Clients to become advocates by providing testimonials, references, or case studies.
    • Act as a liaison between Clients and Vendor's product and support teams to ensure Client feedback is heard and addressed.

    Reporting and Analytics:

    • Generate and analyze reports on Client usage and satisfaction.
    • Use data insights to identify improvement opportunities and proactively address Client concerns.

    Industry Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, email security threats, and regulatory changes.
    • Share relevant insights and recommendations with Clients to enhance their security posture.

    Your Expertise:

    • Proven experience of at least 5 years in account management, specializing in Mimecast and preferably in the IT or cybersecurity industry.
    • Familiarity with Mimecast's product suite or similar email and data security solutions.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Cyber Security Product Certifications (WithSecure/ Sendmarc/ Proofpoint/ Fortinet).
    • Mimecast certification(s).
    • Proven experience in account management for Mimecast services.
    • Strong understanding of email security best practices.
    • General Cyber Security Certifications.

    • Lead, scope, maintain, and coordinate test design, test documentation, and test strategies using the business requirements as guiding input.

    • Experience with setting up and maintaining automated testing frameworks and test reporting tools (Selenium Webdriver, DB plugins, mock services, Playwright etc.) + Technologies: Java and JavaScript + API Testing tools: Rest Assured/ Postman/ SOAP UI.
    • Experience with Testing Web Services including XML, JSON, REST, and WCF. 
    • Experience working in Agile Scrum Environments and an in-depth of understanding of how best to apply Agile Scrum principles in small software team environments.

    Civil Engineer - Pretoria

    What you’ll do:

    • Carrying out network modelling and analysis using WADISO, SEWSAN and HYDROSWMM software or similar
    • Learning and working closely with CAD, GIS and GIS projects and handling large volumes of data
    • Utilising GLS systems and software to produce water, sewer and storm water master plans
    • Perform “bureau” services to municipal clients by updating models and master plans
