    Full-stack Software Engineer - React & Cloud

    Responsibilities

    • Building upon our existing React UI to create new user workflows.
    • Creating performance- and cost-optimised services.
    • Helping to build AWS platform infrastructure with CDK, such as NodeJS/Python Lambdas.
    • Assisting in refactoring key feature-critical areas of the existing application.
    • Writing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of moderately complex system components.
    • Participating in development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
    • Operating in a Scrum based development environment while collaborating with stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in software working with modern React frameworks (using TypeScript/JavaScript)
    • Experience with AWS or similar cloud providers, including knowledge on running cost effective serverless architecture.
    • Understand software engineering techniques and processes, especially agile workflows such as Scrum.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience.
    • Experience with JavaScript, C#/.NET and SQL is desirable, but not essential.

    Security Engineer (Entry level)

    Responsibilities 

    • Work closely with other teams to implement access control measures and improve overall security posture 
    • Track compliance issues and ensure that teams effectively remediate any identified concerns

    Junior Software Engineer

    Responsibilities 

    • Writing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity, ensuring they meet quality standards.
    • Completing simple bug fixes to improve the stability and performance of our software.
    • Working closely with other development team members to understand product requirements and translate them into effective software designs.
    • Operating in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
    • Resolving technical issues as necessary to maintain smooth and efficient operation of our software.

    • Be able to analyze and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

    Systems Support Specialist, Global Effectiveness Operations

    Responsibilities 

    • Assist with user access management, including adding, deactivating, or updating user accounts and tracking license usage as directed. 
    • Assist with configuration of spots and templates, such as updating layouts or applying predefined settings as directed. 
    • Support user onboarding by preparing training materials, checklists, or quick guides and distributing resources for training sessions. 
    • Respond to basic user inquiries about usage 
    • Help maintain governance standards by checking naming conventions, tagging, and content organization, and assist in archiving outdated materials. 
    • Support collaboration with marketing, sales, and enablement teams by assisting with content uploads, updates, and system tasks.

    Requirements 

    • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (1-2 years) in a related field (e.g., business, technology, or communications). 
    • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with sales, marketing, and technical teams. 
    • Basic technical aptitude and a capacity to learn a sales enablement system 
    • Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analytics tools. 
    • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic team. 
    • Prior experience in customer support, administrative roles, or content management is a plus. 
    • Familiarity with sales processes and tools like Salesforce, LMS, or Highspot is a plus.

    • Identify most relevant analyses and metrics to support business/customers with insights and recommendations.

    • Has the ability to effectively lead and manage medium/tactical analytics projects and team members to keep the project on time and on budget by assigning work to individual team members to align on execution path. 

    Requirements 

    • Preferred Academic Background: Bachelor's or master’s or a PhD degree  
    • Preferred Field of Study: Mathematics/Science  
    • Relevant Experience: 5 - 7 years 
    • Possess strong analytical and research skills for resolving complex identity issues. 
    • Able to contribute collaboratively within a team environment, while working and managing tasks independently
