    Site Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of the site's Profit & Loss (P&L) and ensure its financial performance.
    • Manage both existing and new customer relationships effectively.
    • Monitor and improve site performance, including cost and utilization optimization.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and asset optimization.
    • Develop investment proposals and follow through with their implementation.
    • Execute the Warehousing and Distribution (WnD) strategy for the site in alignment with the Area WnD Head.
    • Drive business development initiatives according to the overall strategy.
    • Collaborate with the Area Sales team to attract new customers and expand the business footprint.
    • Support the Area WnD Head in handling tender requirements.
    • Customize and localize products within the established framework.
    • Meet customer and company performance metrics, goals, and objectives.
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the location.
    • Have accountability for shipping, receiving, storage, yard, or quality functions during assigned shifts.
    • Ensure the facility's equipment is used safely and efficiently.
    • Promote adherence to health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, billing, and labor payrolls.
    • Analyze production errors and implement corrective actions on assigned shifts.
    • Manage subcontractors for WnD services at the location.
    • Drive compliance and regulatory adherence.
    • Administer leases and manage contracts effectively.
    • Uphold governance frameworks and procedures.
    • Facilitate training on products, solutions, and clients for the team.
    • Provide leadership in people and safety management.
    • Foster a team environment and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
    • Evaluate and mentor warehouse colleagues.
    • Cultivate a culture of being the best place to work and prioritize client satisfaction.

    The ideal candidate must:

    • Have at least 5 - 10 years working experience leading a site.
    • Have a minimum grade 12, preferably with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering 
    • Industry expertise supply chain (freight forwarding, warehousing)
    • Extensive operational knowledge of Warehouse and Distribution, and warehouse management systems.
    • Knowledge of intricate design of the warehouse system.
    • Financial acumen – ability to read, interpret and act on P&L
    • An entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset.
    • Stakeholder management & collaboration in a matrix
    • Strong customer centricity mindset.

    Regional Operations Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Operations Management:

    • Deliver operational KPIs
    • Optimize resources with high safety standards
    • Drive automation and technology deployment for sites
    • Plan for contingency and uninterrupted services
    • Labour management and union handling
    • Drive timely implementation
    • HSSE adherence in operations
    • Conformity to SOPs and IMS
    • Following customs guidelines at site
    • Drive compliance and regulatory requirements
    • Risk identification and mitigation
    • Business standardization in alignment with defined principles
    • Drive process Improvements
    • Drive Customer MBR/QBR

    Driving P&L:

    • Manage owned and leased Depots, CFS, Warehouses, Cold Storage
    • Site performance (cost/utilization) and customer commercial negotiations
    • Drive continuous improvement to reduce cost
    • Plan repurposing to increase business and in-sourcing
    • Drive efficiency projects to bridge with benchmark cost in operations
    • Investment decisions and follow up on the same
    • Support OVC business to gain freehand volume
    • Handle third-party sites for other shipping line containers and outsourced operations
    • Maintaining talent pipeline
    • Lead team engagement and development
    • Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
    • Plan employee trainings
    • Decision making
    • Product Development and Deployment:
    • Customer focused new products
    • Bundled services / products for OVC
    • Cold Storage operations
    • Manage Fulfilled by Maersk products (domestic containers, warehouse, extended storage)

    Procurement Manager - WAF

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Overall responsible for EMR depot strategy
    • Responsible for optimizing the Ocean procurement spend across the Depot and EMR categories
    • Business Partner with Equipment and TbM teams to develop Depot & EMR strategy
    • Drive Depot & EMR contract standardisation in line with Maersk Global requirements
    • Manage Depot & EMR vendor relationships incl. performance management
    • Ensure Depot/EMR contracts are continuously updated and compliant with Maersk standards
    • Be Part of the EMR community
    • Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders in TbM, Global Procurement teams, Commercial areas, and other TbM.
    • Enable sustainable and profitable growth through best-in-class sourcing, optimizing operational behaviors and supplier innovation.
    • Collaborate with other categories to develop holistic negotiation strategies to capitalize the highest benefit to APM Group
    • Leverage Digital transformation with EMR depot space

    Who we are looking for:

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree;
    • 3+ year experience in Logistics, Commerce or engineering
    • Supply Chain, Logistics experience preferred
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communicator
    • Customer and process improvement mindset
    • Cost cautious mindset.
    • Comfortable with numbers
    • Experience with digital procurement tools
    • Experience with ESG / environmental and sustainable procurement
