    Administrator (Tax) - Gqeberha

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain all templates (Reports, Registers, Projects Plans, etc.).
    • Tracking of information using relevant systems.
    • Preparation of status reports for different stakeholders.
    • Co-ordinate, organize and manage programme activities.
    • Plan and coordinate workflow across the workstreams.
    • Support the Tax team on proposals for relevant tenders.
    • Attend tender briefing sessions, report feedback to stakeholders.
    • Assist Business development and coordinate with team members of the department with proposal completeness on behalf of the Tax services line.
    • Ensure completeness and accuracy of information for tenders and proposals Maintain communication with the team on deadlines/changes that may occur Track win/loss for future reference.
    • Work with the marketing and PR teams to promote the different service lines.
    • Co-ordinate and action all events and activities of service lines.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Project management qualification/certification advantageous but not essential
    • Approximately 4-5 years’ experience in with admin function
    • Excellent project management skills including budget, benefit, administration, schedule and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.
    • Demonstrated customer focus by evaluating decisions from the customer’s perspective; building strong customer relationships and partnering well to help fulfil their needs.
    • Research & report writing skills.
    • Ability to work in stressful conditions and under tight deadlines.
    • Ability to effectively manage decentralized projects.

    Administrator - Century City Cape Town

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Process withdrawal instructions and arrange for authorisations
    • Open new accounts
    • Ensure clients are FICA compliant
    • Liaison with clients, staff and partners
    • Liaison with bank staff
    • Resolve queries with various parties
    • Monitor system and balance interest daily
    • Perform daily reconciliations
    • Attend to banking details
    • Assist with ad hoc duties in the Money Market department

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12 qualification
    • Administrative qualification will be advantageous
    • At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Previous Financial services experience will be advantageous
    • Understanding of FICA legislation and the practical application thereof
    • Quality and detail orientated
    • Strong administration skills
    • Proven MS Office skills (MS Word, Outlook and Excel)
    • Knowledge of banking procedures
    • Strong people and communication skills
    • Be able to operate under pressure and meet daily deadlines
    • Be able to deal with and resolve problems
    • Client focused
