Job Description    

• We're looking for an experienced mechanic with good diagnostic ability. The applicant must have good grasp of modern automotive technology and be able to use diagnostic equipment and service information to effectively diagnose and fix right first time.

Specific Role Responsibilities    

• Carry out diagnostic work and support mechanics as set out by the Foreman.
• Carry out fault diagnosis to aid and speed up vehicle servicing.
• Take steps to ensure servicing of vehicle remains within the targeted percentages of the manufacturers' time.
• Discuss matters with service advisors and customers as required and provide coherent explanations.
• Ensure standards are maintained with regards to vehicle care and safety whilst performing functions.
• Ensure vehicles are returned to the customer after service in a neat and clean condition.
• Complete all necessary and relevant training as required by the OEM (online, classroom, other mediums of training) within reasonable time frames.

Admin functions:

• Complete forms and documentation included in the company's service routine.
• Draft and prepare any reports required.
• Mentor apprentices, sign off logbooks and evaluate their technical ability (if applicable)
• Ensure effective communication with team members and colleagues across departments, with customers and service providers.
• Participate in marketing campaigns when required for the furtherance of the business.
•  Any other duties as may reasonably be required.

Qualifications and Experience    

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience after qualifying as a Technician is essential.
• KIA technician experience will be of advantage
• Relevant OEM product training - will be an advantage.
• Need excellent “fix right first time” track record.
• Competent at operating manufacturer diagnostic equipment/ computer in order to access information required to perform the role and complete duties associated with the role.

Job Description    

• The successful candidate will be responsible to maximizing on used vehicle sales and profitability to achieve targets and sales forecast commitments, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.

Specific Role Responsibilities    

• To ensure maximum units sold each month with maximum profit.
• Generate profitable business in terms of set targets/budget/forecasts.
• Understand and meet/exceed client expectation/needs/requirements.
• To make sure that the customer are aware of all our back-end products and to support your F&I.
• To ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is met in order to ensure future repeat business.
• To accurately and correctly prepare your deal file prior to delivery with the necessary documentation. Responsible to follow up on all the reconditioning to your car and see to it that the orders are done and invoices are in the file and closed before invoicing. It will also be expected form you to take your own delivery vehicle to put fuel in and check vehicle readiness.
• All clients are to be introduced timeously to the business manager to apply for finance or site for cash deals.
• Your settlements will be handed in immediately after delivery, your registration documents will also be handed in immediately after delivery and you will contact your client the following day to ensure that he/she is satisfied.
• Assist with cleaning and Maintaining a clean Dealership.
• Complete all required Training and attend all training required.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures strictly regarding movement of vehicles.
• Adhere to all Company Security protocol’s to minimize risk to the Dealership.
• All clients received daily must be properly qualified.
• All leads received is to be recorded and the source thereof determined daily and reported to the Used Car Manager.
• All scheduled meetings must be attended on time.
• All Trade-ins have to be declared and may not be passed on anyone but your Sales Manager.
• Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems and escalate unresolved issues.
• Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement.
• Report on transactional activities to provide timely information for decision making in area of accountability.
• Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
• Provide advice and support to customer and their requirements in order to achieve and maintain set customer service excellence standards.
• Contribute to the design, development, implementation and evaluation of marketing campaigns aimed at the increase of new vehicle sales.
• Negotiate price, finalise sales and follow-up with customers to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to legal compliance to the FICA regulation, POPI Act and Customer Protection Act.
• Process all leads of prospective customers and follow-up on possible sales.
• Pursue and develop customer relationships for the acquisition of vehicle sales in line with set targets.
• Manage the effective resolution of customer complaints; ensuring problems are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to prevent financial losses. Client/Customer:

Qualifications and Experience    

• Must have Matric.
• Min 3 years in a Team Leader/ Supervisory role.
• Preferably 3-5 years used vehicle sales experience in a similar environment with a track record of at least 8 units per month sales volume.
• Looking for a driven , self-motivated, a self-starter with positive attitudes and mindsets.
• A valid South African driver's license.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

• 1 Repair and service motor vehicles according to Motus standards and specifications Requirements Of Key Duties And Responsibilities
•  Repair and service vehicles according to specific or franchise specifications
• Establish parts required for service or repairs to be performed and ensure the correct parts are ordered
• Report to Foreman / Service Advisor promptly on any additional work required
• Obtain authorisation prior to carrying out additional work
• Obtain technical information from Foreman / Master Technician on problem jobs
• Adhere to Motus workshop policies and procedures
• Ensure that all old parts are placed in a plastic bag in the boot of the vehicle, except in the case of warranty work where old parts must be returned to the Warranty Clerk
• Ensure that all oils and consumables used are recorded on the job card
• Ensure that worked hours are clocked correctly
•  Ensure that the vehicle is kept as clean as possible and that all seat and fender covers are clean
• Do not leave keys in an unattended vehicle
• Ensure that work bay is kept safe, clean and tidy
• Report any faulty / broken equipment to the Foreman / Workshop Manager
• Ensure that special tools and equipment are used according to safety regulations and specifications
• Ensure that hand tools set conforms to Motus standard
•  Accept responsibility for apprentice and impart as much technical knowledge to him as possible through explanation, practice and the monitoring of work, including rectifying faults
•  Reasonable requests by Management outside your job description will be performed from time to time

• We are looking for a Graphic Designer with excellent communication skills and extensive experience in the brand and advertising space.A successful candidate must be willing to learn, demonstrate initiative and drive for the role. Specific Role Responsibilities    

• Design artwork for media campaigns and relevant marketing material for various East African countries.
• Source relevant images for all markets and download all latest assets from media library
• Design Gifs for digital use
• Audio Visual creation.
• Ensure artwork is adapted suitable in terms of size specifications
• Ensure all artwork material for each campaign per country is correct and prepared timeously
• Manage all advertising specific Corporate Identity (CI) for all brands across the countries. Ensuring CI adherence in creative development, brand look and feel.
• Develop sales collateral for dealerships. Design all banners, flyers and brand wall artwork and ensure all countries have marketing collateral material ready.
• Monitor access on social media pages (various platforms) and manage all markets login details and admin rights
• Development of the creative ideas for each campaign as per the marketing plan - layout and idea generation.
• Monitoring all online platforms. Monitoring of all TTL interaction and engagement and directing leads obtained.
• Inventory checks of sales collateral for main and sub-dealer network.
• Development of social media copy/caption for monthly posting plans.

Qualifications and Experience    

• Bachelor of Arts or Commerce in the field of Graphic Design and Marketing, Comms (or related qualification)
