Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and technical documentation for industrial and manufacturing facilities.
• Produce and coordinate architectural drawings and models using Revit.
• Assist with concept design, design development, and detailed documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant SANS standards, local building regulations, and municipal requirements.
• Prepare and submit documentation for council approvals.
• Participate in design reviews and technical coordination meetings.
• Conduct site inspections and assist during construction to ensure design compliance.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project execution.
• Prepare, develop, and modify detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Registered as a Professional Architect with SACAP, or eligible for registration.
• 3–8 years’ experience in an architectural practice.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or commercial projects will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong understanding of SANS regulations, building codes, and statutory approval processes.
• Experience with building plan submissions and municipal approval procedures will be advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence.

• Professional Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist
• Must be registered with SACAP
• Must have a minimum of 2 years project management / principal agent experience
• Full-time position located in Bryanston, Johannesburg
• Responsible for managing projects from inception to completion
• Daily tasks include producing & reviewing designs, coordinating project teams, ensuring compliance with architectural standards, running site & coordination meetings, and participating in client meetings
• Proficiency in REVIT
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and modify detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural design with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, SANS standards, statutory requirements, and client specifications.
• Assist with building plan submissions and liaise with municipal authorities.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and surveys to support design development and resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors throughout all project stages.
• Contribute to project quality assurance, detailing, and documentation close-out.

Requirements

• National Diploma / Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Registration or eligibility for registration with SACAP will be advantageous.
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in an architectural/engineering or construction environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
• Proficiency in ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) will be advantageous. Solid understanding of SANS building regulations, construction methods, and detailing.
• Experience in industrial projects is advantageous.

Requirements

•  Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Valid Professional registration with SACAP as PRArch
• Minimum of 10 years experience as Lead Architect.
• Experience working on Public Sector Projects ( Health and Education Facilities)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, JBCC contracts, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Own Vehicle and willing to travel
