Professional Architect at The South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
• Integrate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions into projects.
• Manage client relationships, presenting design proposals and ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

•  Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Valid Professional registration with SACAP as PRArch
• Minimum of 10 years experience as Lead Architect.
• Experience working on Public Sector Projects ( Health and Education Facilities)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, JBCC contracts, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Own Vehicle and willing to travel
