Key Performance Areas:

Documentation Control and Tracking

• Maintain comprehensive information and control logs
• Ensure 24-hour document processing turnaround time
• Track and distribute H1, H2, and H3 dossiers accurately
• Support electronic metadata consistency

Information Control Excellence

• Manage document control rules in accordance with authorized procedures
• Maintain an accurate and effective filing system
• Assist in controlling and maintaining archived databases

Digital Information Management

• Store and archive information on network drives
• Perform information control tasks in M-files and Aconex
• Ensure accuracy of data input and document completeness
• Manage time booking and leave applications

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience:

• Junior-level administrative experience

Key Performance Areas:

• Oversee comprehensive construction delivery and project execution
• Ensure strict compliance with company processes, legal requirements, and site-based work standards
• Manage all on-site personnel, including Project Managers, Engineers, and support staff
• Implement and maintain Health and Safety policies and Environmental Management Plans
• Coordinate project stakeholders and manage project interfaces
• Provide critical progress reporting and site administration
• Ensure quality assurance and effective project controls

Qualifications:

• Technologist degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Technical Engineering
• Registered Construction Management Professional with SACPCMP
• Engineering qualification with minimum 5 years related experience

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years post-qualification practical experience in site management of large-scale, diversified projects
• At least 3 years specific experience as a Construction Manager
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and people management
• Familiarity with PMBOK Principles

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Computer Literate
• Practical industrial or engineering experience will be an added advantage.

COMPETENCIES

Knowledge:

• Fundamental understanding of engineering principles, theories, and practices
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the engineering field
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (for Planning and Organizing)
