Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

• Grade 12
   

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

• 2-years relevant experience in a store environment
• 1-year experience at supervisory level will be an advantage
   

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

• Manage and Develop personnel
• Manage budget in the warehouse environment
• Manage sales in the warehouse environment
• Manage stock control in the warehouse environment
• General administration
   

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES          

• Good knowledge of AFGRI Retail’s product range
• Computer literacy (MS Office and job-related programs)
• POS knowledge
• SAP knowledge
• Drivers licence (code 08)

Description

• Responsible for keeping certain areas and assets in around the branch clean and assist with general duties as requested

• Assist technician with the repair and maintenance of agricultural equipment  
• Keep the working area neat and clean  
• Adhere to health and safety requirements in line with the company's policy 

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES          

• Basic reading and writing
• Physically able
• A valid driver's licence will be an advantage
