    Relationship Consultant

    PURPOSE

    • The purpose of the Relationship Consultant is to coordinate the sales process with customers across different segments by capturing orders, liaising with the warehouse and production around stock and branding, sending out and following up on marketing campaigns and to assist with other requests such as indent orders and alterations.

    JOB OBJECTIVES
    CAPTURING SALES ORDERS

    • Receive request from customers and capture order on the system accordingly or assist customers with placing the orders on line
    • Liaise with the warehouse to confirm stock availability and revert back to the client if required
    • Complete the branding check list if it is a branding order and capture order correctly
    • Resolving customer queries

    SALES CAMPAIGNS

    • Distribute sales campaigns to customer based and follow up with customers by doing a call campaign
    • Discuss cross selling and upselling opportunities with the client and capture accordingly

    INDENT ORDERS

    • Complete indent order checklist if customer requires customized product, and submit to sourcing to confirm viability of indent order
    • Provide feedback to the customer on the outcome

    ALTERATIONS

    • Coordinate alterations process if required

    Graphic Designer

     Job Purpose

    • The purpose of the Graphic designer is to organize, create, plan and produce visual solutions for Barron’s product catalogues


     Job Objectives and Functions

    • Photo editing for catalogues
    • Responsible for designing and creating the layout and look of all marketing materials; and delivering on the print and digital based creative projects from Corporate Identity, Press Advertising, Direct Mail, Direct Marketing, Packaging, Exhibition Graphics, Brochures and Literature, as and when required.
    • Accountable for creating and assembling the final layouts of all marketing material and make necessary changes and or suggestions, as needed.
    • Responsible for editing, reviewing and creating the look and feel of all company literature received and align it to the company’s corporate identity.
    • Accountable for ensuring that all marketing material is created, attractive and supports the marketing strategy and activities.
    • Responsible for Editing all Photographic elements that will be placed in the Catalogues
    • Deep etching Images
    • Colour correct all images
    • Responsible for editing images in the correct format for all digital platform

     Qualifications

    • NQF 6 in Graphic Design

     Experience

    • 2-3 Years in Graphic Design
    • Creating catalogues 

    Knowledge

    Artwork Layout Artist

    Job Purpose

    • The purpose of the Layout Artist is to develop artwork visuals that are an accurate representation of the customer’s branding requirements on the selected product and to communicate any branding limitations. Setting up print ready files and ensuring colours are converted properly.

     Job Objectives and Functions

    • Creating Artwork Visuals 
    • Develop artwork visuals and communicate to relevant sales/clients regarding limitations, to obtain layout approvals
    • Make amendments based on customer feedback

    Colour Conversion

    • Understand Pantones and Thread colours

    Print File 

    • Setup print ready files in line with products.
    • Produce print files to scale
    • Print files to match approved layouts

    Quality Checking

    • Quality check print files against the supplied artworks and approved layout to ensure there’s no errors

     Qualifications

    • NQF 5/6 in Graphic and Multimedia Designer

    Experience 

    • 4-5 years in Branding Processes

     Skills 

    • Adobe illustrator
    • Corel Draw

     Reports to 

    • Layout Supervisor
