    Senior Digital Project Manager

    Job Summary: 

    The role will be responsible for working with third party development and design teams to roll out the company’s digital and tech vision. It involves big complex projects, their architecture, integrations and heavy database involvement. 

    Projects are focused on acquiring and retaining customers, CRM programmes, eCommerce, training and rewards programmes and tech enabled process simplification. You need to be a strategic thinker as you will craft the company's overall approach to these projects from start to finish.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Your role will encompass product management, project management, business management and relationship management including: 

    • Develop practical insights to find opportunities and pinpoint risks, understand requirements from internal stakeholders, retailers and pet parents.
    • Seek innovative, creative digital /tech solutions supporting business strategy & challenges and ensure that our technical capabilities are a competitive advantage.
    • Ownership of development process from start to finish including stakeholder requirements analysis, briefing, project management, testing, rollout and ongoing administration.
    • Brief third-party Tech/software providers and lead a detailed project scope and achievement plan to ensure that projects are delivered timely, within the scope and within budget. Problem solve and manage all risks.
    • Must have a good understanding of the digital project cycle including: front end UX, database integrations and all technical/functional requirements to ensure briefs are feasible and realistic.
    • Collaborate with the Shopper Marketing Manager and design agency to ensure all system / front end artwork requirements are met and any other requirements for successful training rollout are in place.
    • Balance delivery priorities, track progress; tackle obstacles to keep the project on track.
    • Lead and coordinate: Testing & Quality Assurance, Design and Marketing, Product Management and Development, Stakeholder Relationship Management to ensure project status and progress is clear, signed off and meets deadlines.
    • Plan and run sprint / super user onboarding sessions to ensure smooth rollout of projects.
    • Assess progress and implementation, identify obstacles and refine plans and problem solve.
    • Measure and report performance assessing measures against goals and providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Design analytics to measure consumer behaviour, operational trends, test theories around performance and drive initiatives.
    • Set, allocate and coordinate budgets

    Required Qualifications: 

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or experience in digital development management projects or software development
    • Prior experience working directly with a team of developers on complex digital projects with integrated databases. 
    • Ability to see broader context, interconnections and dependencies and understand how things work easily.
    • A solid understanding of project management and development methodologies, such as PRINCE 2 / Agile

    Senior Brand Accounting Analyst

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    Category / Brand Analysis

    • Conduct Financial Analysis including Category & Brand Profitability Analysis, Sales Growth Analysis, Price Analysis, Consumer & Customer Trade Spending Analysis, Margin Analysis, Non-Variable Overhead Analysis.
    • Work closely with Commercial Team and Marketing counterparts, in order to provide them with key financial information/business analysis and support them on financial calculations relating to New Product launches, Pricing or Promotion, Hypothetical P&Ls and Strategic Plans preparations.
    • Provide analysis and financial information to support Management and Commercial Team, in the monthly Management and Commercial meetings in order to make right decision on business growth strategy and execution
    • Conduct Feasibility Study of New Product, Enhancement for Margin Improvement.

    Budget / LE Planning:

    • Assist in the preparation of Mid-year and Budget Review for the hub
    • Prepare Budget Financial Analysis including Category & Brand P&L, Sales Growth Analysis, Price Analysis, Trade Spending Analysis, Margin Analysis, Non-Variable Overhead Analysis
    • Explore opportunities to leverage budget & planning effective procedures and simplify process

    Reporting :

    • Generate Month End Closing Reporting Package to Corporate
    • Monitor/Verify accuracy of financial information in the SAP/BI/CSiP systems in the responsible category.
    • Monitor Budget Sales and identify GAP
    • Support Financial Projects
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Complies with all policies and standards

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

    • Holds a Bachelor's degree in accountancy or finance
    • Chartered Accountancy (CA/CIMA)/MBA preferred
    • Possess minimum 5 years of work experience with 2-3 years of experience in FMCG industry

    Regional Field Sales Manager

    The Regional Field Sales Manager is responsible for managing the field sales operations in a territory or geographic region and managing the Customer Development Executives as well directing the activities of the 3rd party sales and merchandising provider’s resources in order to deliver our net sales, distribution, volume growth, forward share and market share targets.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Building relationships with key contacts (e.g. Operations & store managers) and providing customers with objective and trustworthy analysis of their business in order to ensure that customers carry an appropriate portfolio of Colgate products that receive optimal exposure at store level
    • Conducting regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity, new products, customer service, receivables, and claims
    • Developing and executing customer plans that profitably increase sales volume, distribution and market share
    • Working with logistics team to plan, analyze, and forecast customer(s) needs, to follow up on orders to ensure on time and complete delivery, and to prioritize customer requirements when product is unavailable
    • Monitoring activity at store level and communicating competitive, category, and product (e.g. pricing, product assortment, promotion and placement) information impacting sales results to customer marketing and Customer management so that they can proactively respond with new strategies and tactics
    • Tracking KPIs and taking action to improve performance

    • Overseeing the work of consultants, investigators, and outside counsel; working closely with law enforcement, and working as a key liaison among key stakeholders, including but not limited to Global Brand Protection, the Division and all involved subs/hubs
    • Timely reporting back including but not limited to filling internal reporting tools ensuring transparency in all efforts
    • Conducts training workshops for internal and external audiences

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - 

    • A Bachelor's law degree 
    • Minimum 5 years of working experience as an in-house counsel and/or practicing lawyer
    • Fluent in English
