    Shopper Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Lead and run all aspects of all marketing requirements for the Business Development. Team including Key Account, Shelter & ; and custom digital project launch and training support materials, Responsibilities including;
    • Effectively synthesizes shopper and customer insights, and other data to develop sound customer and program strategies
    • Understand requirements from partners
    • Seek innovative, creative media and merchandise opportunities
    • Develop copy to support projects and campaigns
    • Brief agencies on artwork, printed, POS and digital support materials
    • Manage the process of signing off creative within deadlines
    • Update, communicate and involve sales team and other key partners often
    • Forecast requirements including stock and promotional items. Set, allocate and coordinate budgets
    • Coordinate implementation including admin, mailing and customer service to implement campaigns
    • Assess progress and implementation, identify obstacles, problem solve and refine plans
    • Measure and report performance and all marketing campaigns, assessing measures against goals and providing insights and recommendations for improvement

    You are a critical quick problem solver that always seeks to develop phenomenal outcomes for everyone. You use consumer insights and analytics to develop commercial recommendations that are aligned to business and our partner requirements.You will build tailored campaigns and projects and are comfortable not to follow a cut & paste formula. Be an Excellent communicator, that actively involves, updates and drives consensus for projects.

    Be Digitally savvy and curious, understand the dynamics of eCommerce. You must have an agile approach, able and willing to constantly adapt to changing realities.

    Have outstanding organization skills, able negotiator, seeks to discover common ground and identify vital interests and understand underlying priorities.

    Required Qualifications 

    • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma 
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing role
