    Team Leader: Sales Support & Internal Sales

    In this Team Leader: Sales Support & Internal Sales position

    • You will manage and steer group of Internal Sales Executives in the country.
    • You will support plan and targets for Internal Sales Team based on country targets.
    • You will drive performance improvement of Internal Sales group to achieve Sales Index.
    • You will plan and manage the portfolio of small Business Customers of the Internal Sales Team.
    • You will invest in critical relationships between Business Customers and DGF organization.
    • You will take an active role in the development and coaching of Internal Sales Executives.
    • You will support and facilitate Sales skills/process training relevant to the Internal Sales channel.
    • You will manage and steer Sales Support Team in the country to ensure effective support of Sales channels and Trade Lane Team with:
    • Preparing quotations and contracts (incl. rate proposals and proposal writing)
    • You will be supporting the customer contact by preparing customer documents.
    • You will be supporting the customer planning and implementation process.
    • You will be providing customer information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales leads.
    • You will be analyzing Sales Index.
    • You will be preparing business reviews as well as Sales reports e.g. Sales Index reports including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc. by customers.
    • You will coordinate support of the Sales organization by the Sales Support Administrators.
    • You will acts as coach for the Sales Support Team.
       

    Now, here’s what we need from you

    • Matric
    • Bachelor’s degree will be advantageous.
    • 5+ years’ experience within the transport, logistics or freight forwarding industry (or similar service industry).
    • 5+ years’ Experience in Sales in the industry with a proven record essential
    • Experience managing a Sales /Customer Service team.

    Team Leader: Field Sales

    In this Team Leader: Field Sales position

    • You will manage and drive performance of Field Sales Team.
    • You will execute Field Sales plan.
    • Yu will ensure achievement of country Sales Index for Field Sales Team.
    • You will plan and manage a portfolio of medium-sized Business Customers of the Field Sales Team.
    • You will support Field Sales Specialist Team in customer interactions.
    • You will act as a coach for Field Sales Team.
    • You will have a broad understanding of the forwarding industry and deep knowledge on DGF products (AFR/OFR) and business models.
    • You will have good management skills to steer Sales Team.
    • You will have the ability to take ownership and proactively drive performance.
    • You will have good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • You will have the ability to win, develop and close new business.
    • You will have the ability to identify customer needs by gathering information and building long-term relationship. 

    Now, here’s what we need from you
