    RSA- Corporate Pricing Delivery Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pricing Optimization and Monitoring: Set up, distribute, and monitor pricing content to maximize income opportunities and align with our Global Supply strategy.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with multiple stakeholders across commercial, marketing, brands, data, finance, and business solutions functions, gaining exposure to various facets of the business.
    • Innovative Thinking: Define, test, and implement new pricing systems and tools to leverage different channels and systems, optimizing our pricing rules in line with Regional and Global opportunities.
    • Revenue Management: Be an active member of the Global Revenue Management Community, driving the delivery and execution of pricing strategies.
    • Future-Forward Solutions: Lead the adoption of disruptive technologies and innovative solutions to maintain our competitive edge and shape the future of our business.

    Skills and Capabilities required: 

    • Strong analytical skills with initiative to resolve issues or pursue business opportunities
    • Excellent Excel, PowerBI or other analytical softwares skills
    • Strong demonstrated background, and understanding of, pricing principals and pricing strategy
    • Capable and experience in dealing with complex data sets and able to make clear recommendations
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels
    • High degree of flexibility and ability to deal with change and pressured work environment
    • Ability to take ownership of projects and ensure deadlines are met
    • Excellent knowledge of leisure and corporate travel
    • Entrepreneurial initiative
    • Team player
    • Excellent systems skills
    • High degree of attention to details and quality assurance

    RSA - Corporate Traveller - Travel Manager

    About You

    • As a Travel Consultant for Corporate Traveller, you will provide unrivalled, dedicated and expert service to your portfolio of customers. You will be proactive in ensuring that value is shown at every possible opportunity and always act with your customers’ best interest in mind.
    • You will form strong working relationships with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to ensure all customers receive exceptional and bespoke service and maximise turnover by growing your portfolio. You will stay up to date with fare details, airline information and incentives and continuously look for better fare opportunities to maximise customer savings and margin.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant
    • 5 years + Experience using Amadeus
    • Customer service experience
